We waited 20 minutes after being sat & no one coming to see us despite a relatively empty restaurant, so I walked to the counter to ask if we were supposed to order there. The young lady at the register was lovely & sent us the waiter who hadn't noticed our arrival. He proceeded to blandly apologize & have a cold & uninterested attitude the entirety of the service. The food arrived quickly, the chicken sandwich was very good, but the pancakes were flavourless fluff, strangely salty, & slapped on top was a mulch of melted frozen strawberries & sugar (the homemade jam).
Overall, service left to be desired depending on the staff, the food & coffee was meh but alright (I'd skip the pancakes), the atmosphere was very nice & the food arrived quickly!
Good brunch place, classic bacon & eggs breakfast you can find everywhere else. My only beef & the reason for 3 stars is that 23$ for a couple eggs & two slices of bacon is just too much.
My husband & I used to like going here for the occasional breakfast. We recently went for lunch & I was flabbergasted by the prices for the very simply fare that was served. We got a BLT (no sides), a grilled cheese (again, no sides) & a single Caesar salad to share, plus two iced teas. They were fine, unremarkable. It came to over $80.
We love some good, simple diner food, but for its quality & the price, it's simply not worth it.
Super friendly staff & good vibes. Tasty food & even have gluten free toast as well as being knowledgeable about celiac.
Really cool breakfast/brunch spot in Verdun, definitely recommend if you're in the area!
great service & yummiest pancakes!! the waiter explained everything very well & will definitely come back to try other menu items!
Nice place, small & warm environment & very nice in the summer. Very reasonable pricing & good food & pancakes! Friendly service, would recommend!
Belle ambiance, staff chaleureux & accueillant & pancakes délicieuses!
Cozy brunch spot with incredible food & service!
This little brunch gem is small & quaint, but big on charm. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. I had a lovely chat with the owner-super friendly & welcoming-& the rest of the staff were just as great.
As for the food: the pancakes are a must. They were thick & fluffy, served Quebec maple syrup. We also tried Le Millman, & it did not disappoint. The potatoes, seasoned with everything but the bagel spice, were a standout, & the bread was incredibly fresh. Scrambled eggs to perfection. One tip: if you're getting the bacon (which you should), ask for it extra crispy since it's quite thick.
All in all, a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be coming back!
Had a chance to eat there this morning, the food was absolutely top notch as well as the service from Élodie. The overall vibe & aesthetic were very comfortable, highly recommend.
Top Brunch produit frais & de qualité. Service des employés très sympathique & agréable.
Great place to have good brunch, reasonable price, good quantity & good quality. We had puffy pancake, tuna melt & BLT. We all love them.
If you are looking for hidden-gem brunch place, try out Millmans.
Incredible food, everything is carefully considered & delicious. I cannot recommend it more highly! Definitely get the potatoes & bacon
Delicious food & amazing service. The owner Nick is an absolute delight. Can't recommend it enough
Great food in a cozy setting & wonderful service. Nick was so good to us & our kid. Will absolutely come again.
So good, especially the bacon jam in the Grilled Cheese!
Very a nice place, worth the visit. Note that sometimes it gets pretty crowded, the space is also very tight. I suggest going with 4 people max, the table will barely fit 6 people.
Very cute place to brunch. I was bit disappointed about the fried chicken… The fried chicken didn't have much flavor. Overall the portion are good & the price too.
Amazing brunch spot. I came solo & was able to slip into the bar stools without much of a wait to my fortune. The host was such a gem - very friendly guy with great energy who seemed to genuinely care about my experience there. I wish I could recall his name (I want to say Nick). I went for the pancakes which are made in the Japanese fashion with their compact size & super-thick form. Perfectly made, the girl crafting them was so skilled. I was so happy to try this place & left with an even bigger smile than I had coming in.
