We had high hopes about this place based off Instagram & TikTok mentions but it was very mid. The blt & breakfast sandwich were smothered in some mayo type sauce, the bread was barely toasted, & the bacon was undercooked where it just felt like flabby ham.
The fried chicken had a nice crisp & was cooked well but they didn't season it at all, not even salt & pepper. The pancakes were good & I'm not a huge fan to begin with but even a sprinkle of salt on them would have elevated it. Staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming but the food sadly fell short for us.
We waited 20 minutes after being sat & no one coming to see us despite a relatively empty restaurant, so I walked to the counter to ask if we were supposed to order there. The young lady at the register was lovely & sent us the waiter who hadn't noticed our arrival. He proceeded to blandly apologize & have a cold & uninterested attitude the entirety of the service. The food arrived quickly, the chicken sandwich was very good, but the pancakes were flavourless fluff, strangely salty, & slapped on top was a mulch of melted frozen strawberries & sugar (the homemade jam).
Overall, service left to be desired depending on the staff, the food & coffee was meh but alright (I'd skip the pancakes), the atmosphere was very nice & the food arrived quickly!
Good brunch place, classic bacon & eggs breakfast you can find everywhere else. My only beef & the reason for 3 stars is that 23$ for a couple eggs & two slices of bacon is just too much.

My husband & I used to like going here for the occasional breakfast. We recently went for lunch & I was flabbergasted by the prices for the very simply fare that was served. We got a BLT (no sides), a grilled cheese (again, no sides) & a single Caesar salad to share, plus two iced teas. They were fine, unremarkable. It came to over $80.
We love some good, simple diner food, but for its quality & the price, it's simply not worth it.
This little brunch gem is small & quaint, but big on charm. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. I had a lovely chat with the owner-super friendly & welcoming-& the rest of the staff were just as great.
As for the food: the pancakes are a must. They were thick & fluffy, served Quebec maple syrup. We also tried Le Millman, & it did not disappoint. The potatoes, seasoned with everything but the bagel spice, were a standout, & the bread was incredibly fresh. Scrambled eggs to perfection. One tip: if you're getting the bacon (which you should), ask for it extra crispy since it's quite thick.
All in all, a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be coming back!
Had a chance to eat there this morning, the food was absolutely top notch as well as the service from Élodie. The overall vibe & aesthetic were very comfortable, highly recommend.
