"Went with a customer last night, group of 8 to pointe claire, quebec restaurant. Took a very long time to get our meals and 1 meal of 8 took an additional 10 minutes to come. Unacceptable for a $300 plus meal. In cases like this the manager should have come to apologize, he/she did not. While the food was good (but fries were cold and ice tea too..."
