"I can understand this restaurant just opened and they are working out some kinks with food timing, new staff and all our food came a bit cold. One person on the table only got their food about 30 minutes AFTER everyone else finished eating. (they still charged them their meal. I worked 10 years in restaurants and would never have charged a patron..."
