Hands down the worst restaurant experience of my life, primarily due to the manager Alex, who is the furthest from professional.
We sat down as a group of 12 for brunch. The restaurant was about 20% full. The first plates only came out over 1 hour after we ordered. Despite the waiter relentlessly telling us that our food was coming in 2 minutes, the plates kept coming out one at a time with 10 minute intervals. It was ANOTHER 1 hour before the last person received their meal, which they brought after every single person was already finished eating & long after we were ready to pay for the bill. Here's where the manager comes in - not only did Alex not comp ONE single dish, absolutely nothing, but he insisted that the reason for the extreme delay was because we asked for modifications to some of our dishes - like asking for brown toast instead of white toast, or replacing the fries with a side salad. It is absolutely unacceptable, laughable behaviour for a manager to blame the customer for the restaurants issues. He had countless opportunities to explain that they were clearly having issues in the kitchen, but he didn't even attempt to do that once, instead he persistently insisted that it was our fault! When we told him that we felt it was ridiculous that he was blaming us, & that he refused to comp some of the bill as is customary in situations like this (& it should have been the whole bill), he threatened to call the police!
I highly recommend you avoid this restaurant like the plague, if you value your time & being treated like a human being.
Amazing experience at Milestones every time! The food is great. Our waitress Daniela is super friendly, attentive, & always makes us feel right. This has become one of our go to spots to watch Habs games.

Souper entre amies un dimanche soir : service attentionné mais malheureusement quelques erreurs dans nos commandes … peut être est ce parce que c'était trop bruyant ? C'était soir de match de hockey (& musique forte durant les entractes ) malgré le fait qu'ils aient baissé le son à notre demande …
Côté nourriture: bonnes entrées d'avocat/ féta & calmars frits mais tartare de saumon un peu décevant ( trop fromagé à notre goût ) , saumon & côtes levées ok & cuisson adéquate des surlonges mais rien d'extraordinaire .
Plusieurs anniversaires étaient soulignés ce soir là avec une belle attention 🎂

I decided to do my birthday celebration at milestone in royal mount! We were 6 adults & 2kids, & dispute us being demanding, our serveur was amazing & very sympathetic! We had an amazing time & felt as we weren't in a rush. The food was great & I adore the avocado & feta dip!!

Duo ribs poulet avec entrée Bruschetta & coke zéro. On m'a servi un coke en fontaine, flat, sans me proposer une bouteille. Le pain du bruschetta undercook. Le poulet était le mm que le frozen chicken de costco. Ma conjointe a prit sandwhich au steak, son pain etait gooey & undercook. Très ordinaire, voire mauvais. Service très médiocre.
Le service par Charlotte a été superbe! Grand passionné des restos, elle a pu rendre mon expérience au Milestone mémorable & bien plaisante. Je recommande!
