The food was delicious, beer was fantastic, & servers were very nice. I may have just caught it on a busy night, regardless it took almost 3 hours to get in & out for dinner with the slow & understaffed service.

Best restaurant/micro-brewery in Val d'Or. Food is excellent & so are their many choices of exotic beers. Staff help you get the best possible experience.
Nous sommes arrêté pour souper sur le chemin du retour. Je ne bois pas de bière mais ils en ont un vaste choix & ça semble une belle destination pour les amateurs de broue. Nous avons bien aimé notre expérience, la nourriture fut bonne & le service excellent. Recommandé! (Ça fait bizarre dire ça mais A+ pour l'originalité des urinoires!)
Excellent service de Nico, , bartender. Le service en salle à manger laisse souvent à désirer, mais si l'on est honnête, j'ai été servis par Danny lors de mes deux dernière visite & il m'a donné un service impeccable.

Je vais à Val d'Or trois ou quatre fois par année pour le travail, & Le Prospecteur est toujours le premier resto sur la liste, & parfois, nous trouvons le moyen d'y aller deux fois. La dernière fois, j'ai été déçu niveau bouffe. Le fish & chip était ordinaire, très très ordinaire. Pas de wow & maudit que c'était sec. Vraiment trop cuit. C'est la première fois après autant de fois que j'en suis ressorti en me disant que je ne reviendrai pas pendant mon séjour. Mais, je serais dans le coin du 13/02 au 23/02, & je vais y retourner. J'me dis que ça arrive à n'importe quel cuisinier d'avoir une mauvaise soirée. La loi de la moyenne.
Meilleure place pour une soirée entre amis à Val d'Or. Un choix de bières épatant & un service exceptionnel si vous avez la chance d'être servi par Étienne & Adam ❤️❤️
