Personnel courtois, la nourriture est très bien, la bière est sublime, l'ambiance agréable, je crois que c'est un incontournable dans Val d'Or & un chef de fil dans les microbrasseries du Québec. Je recommande. Notez que les enfants sont admis seulement dans le salon privé.

Je vais à Val d'Or trois ou quatre fois par année pour le travail, & Le Prospecteur est toujours le premier resto sur la liste, & parfois, nous trouvons le moyen d'y aller deux fois. La dernière fois, j'ai été déçu niveau bouffe. Le fish & chip était ordinaire, très très ordinaire. Pas de wow & maudit que c'était sec. Vraiment trop cuit. C'est la première fois après autant de fois que j'en suis ressorti en me disant que je ne reviendrai pas pendant mon séjour. Mais, je serais dans le coin du 13/02 au 23/02, & je vais y retourner. J'me dis que ça arrive à n'importe quel cuisinier d'avoir une mauvaise soirée. La loi de la moyenne.
