Le 18 mai 2026, c'est la première fois que je n'ai pas aimé manger au restaurant La Memphés. C'est pourtant le restaurant préféré de ma fille, mais j'ai été très déçu.
Les frites semblaient congelées & étaient trop cuites, les calamars étaient sans saveur, les burgers manquaient de sauce & le fish n'avait aucun intérêt. Les plats, de façon générale, semblaient bâclés & manquaient vraiment de goût.
Je ne veux jeter la pierre à personne. Je comprends que travailler un jour férié puisse être plus difficile pour l'équipe en cuisine, mais cette fois-ci, c'était franchement catastrophique.
J'ai tout de même laissé 5 étoiles comme d'habitude pour le service, mais seulement 1 étoile pour la cuisine. Les serveurs restent impeccables : accueillants, serviables & souriants.
Je ne sais pas si je reviendrai, tellement j'ai été déçu 😞…

Ils ont manqué de nounourigne, dans les entres & l'assiette de fish & chip était froid .

De loin la meilleure panure de poulet croustillant que j'ai goûtée ! Le bol nacho était délicieux, & le club sandwich au poulet sur ciabatta était excellent également. Le tout dans un agréable cadre au bord de l'eau.

Toujours un plaisir! Mais le rapport qualité/ prix s'est dégradé depuis la dernière fois ( qualité se maintient, mais les prix se gonflent un peu!)
