De loin la meilleure panure de poulet croustillant que j'ai goûtée ! Le bol nacho était délicieux, & le club sandwich au poulet sur ciabatta était excellent également. Le tout dans un agréable cadre au bord de l'eau.

Stopped by La Memphré a couple weeks ago after a morning shoot along Lac Memphremagog, & honestly it was the perfect way to end the day. The amber ale I had paired so well with their poutine that I ended up ordering a second round without even thinking about it. The place has this warm, rustic vibe that reminded me why I love small breweries, good light coming through the windows & a relaxed crowd that made it easy to just settle in. Staff were genuinely friendly & patient with our group, which always makes a difference when you're tired & hungry after hours outside with a camera.

Je pense bien que le burger Le Monstre est le meilleur burger que j'ai mangé de toute ma vie.
Service impéccable!
Un peu frisquet sur le bord des fenêtres loin du foyer, mais très confortable une fois réchauffé un peu!
