Awesome craft beer, delicious food & great service! Casual brewery, great for a group of friends or family. Our table ordered burgers, fries, an Indian chicken entree & vegetable soup. All except the veggie soup, were great. It's a bit of a walk down the slopes to the base of the town, but worth it as an aprés ski snack & beer or for an early dinner.
A solid affordable option when visiting Tremblant. It's difficult to find affordable restaurants at ski resorts that are also good. They (obviously) brew their own beer & the food was good. Overall I would eat here again.
Came here after a day of skiing, we were instantly greeted & asked if we were just drinking or eating too (trying to make sure tables were more for people eating which was smart!). Our server was great, the chicken sandwich & pulled pork were amazing! & their craft beers were great!
Stopped in for a local brew, didn't disappoint (Diable red). French onion soup very tasty & poutine was as expected. Nice ski village atmosphere!
Just ok for a pub! Great beer & fun vibes, would be lovely for an apres ski/just drinks & maybe apps moment. Ordered the Croque Monsieur & it was just ciabatta with meat & cheese melted on it, no bechamel, no eggy bread. My partner got the fish & chips & it was good, but it was $27 which is a little steep. Beer was delicious, would return for just beers.
Cette Brasserie est vraiment géniale. Après une bonne randonnée dans les montagnes ou une bonne cession de ski. Rien de mieux que de manger un de leurs burgers, avec une de leurs bière qui sont toutes aussi bonnes les unes que les autres.
We went for dinner at very low season. The Mont Tremblant ski village was pretty much empty, which meant the restaurant was not packed. I ordered French onion soup, which was quite tasty (not too salty). My wife ordered the salmon with vegetables & salad. That turned out to be a bad decision as inside an hour, she was throwing up. Fortunately, she felt much better afterward. Upon informing the restaurant, they were quite apologetic. Apparently, the salmon comes precooked from the supplier, which is then reheated prior to serving. The internet will tell you that improperly stored salmon will produce toxins that cannot be removed by cooking. The experience could have been worse.
