Franc succès! Ça faisait un moment que je voulais essayer ce resto & j'ai été plus qu'agréablement surpris.

Lisez bien ce qui suit :
J'ai pris le combo classique pita au poulet (style shish taouk) avec patates [aux épices zaatar) & breuvage (limonade maison). La limonade était excellente! C'était peut-être même la meilleure limonade que j'ai bue... Les patates étaient très bonnes. Pas mes favorites mais vraiment appréciables. Pas du tout grasses, bien assaisonnées de zaatar & de sel, puis accompagnées généreusement de la fameuse toum, qui elle était parfaitement dense & savoureuse.

Mais tout l'honneur va au sandwhich. Il était grillé & croquant à l'extérieur, puis tendre & chaud à l'intérieur. Très bon poulet; ça débordait de saveur! Vraiment le parfait en-cas libanais.

La salle à manger est propre, joliment décorée avec des rappels méditerranéens, & donc réellement immersive. On se sent dans un autre pays! & le service était gentil & plus que convenable.

Ça goûte frais, authentique, maison & santé. Puis c'est délicieux! Une expérience étrangement - même suspicieusement - parfaite... 🧐

j'y suis allé à peine après avoir déjà souper... j'étais déjà bien plein! C'était de la pure gourmandise!!! & j'ai tout devoré quand même... c'est pour dire comment c'était tellement bon...

Ce restaurant est dorénavant pour moi un incontournable de la cuisine libanaise à Montréal. Chapeau!
