Loved this Lebanese restaurant! Good size portions, delicious tasting food, friendly staff & casual atmosphere. Great for lunch. Try one of their bowls & the muhamara & hummus dips. Yum, yum.
The place is very clean & has great decor! The food was fresh; I especially loved the fattoush salad, & the chicken was well marinated & cooked perfectly & they used chicken breast.. I ordered the 4 mezza platter, which came with hummus, fattoush, chicken shawarma, & garlic potatoes. However, the bread was old dry & didn't taste fresh. For a total of $33 with a drink, it's a bit expensive, so they really need to either bake their own bread or bring it in fresh daily. Still, a good meal overall!
Overall it's a delicious place if you're craving good Mediterranean food, it's a self service which is nice. The concept of small plates that allows you to have multiple dishes & choices is a nice experience & will allow you to taste several things together.
Their bowl's options is great for a full meal option in one dish.
The hummus tasted different though between the small mezze & the bowl which was weird. The atmosphere is practical & okay for quick meal.
Ordered on DoorDash, I was skeptical as sometimes the food reviews don't match reality. I ordered the chicken bowl & it did not disappoint, it was such a pleasure to bite into the different textures & flavors. The hummus was so creamy & fresh. I hope they keep up the quality 👌
We loved the hummus here! We ordered here two nights in a row to enjoy the hummus & other Lebanese dishes. Collectively we enjoyed the hummus, Za'atar bread, tabboulé salad, kibbeh, falafel, chicken tomb pickles wrap, lemon confit chicken, & mouhalabeye pudding.
Everything was yummy & we will likely come back here again next time we are in Montreal.
We ordered the four-item mix plate with potatoes, hummus, tabbouli, & falafel. The taste, portions, & presentation were all very good for the price. Service was friendly & attentive, which added to the experience.
The only area for improvement was the bread. We received plain white pita instead of the type pictured on the menu, & it wasn't fresh or warm. Fresh, warm pita would really elevate the meal.
Overall, I recommend this Lebanese restaurant & would happily come back.
