I had the Montreal Burger, which was very flavourful & tasty. It was juicy & soft, but messy to eat. My partner had the Milano Burger, which tasted so good, kind of like a pizza! The French fries are amazing, but the cabbage on the plate was a pass. I'm not a fan of it. The staff are super pleasant & bilingual!

I was in Montreal for visit & I was looking for poutine & I saw this place. I came & ordered mekan burger & poutine to go coz i have to drive all the way back to toronto. Me & my girl tried the poutine while driving & it was so good. I know its house cut fries & the gravy was so tasty. I had to stop at a gasoline station so i can take a bite of the burger, trust me thats the best burger i've ever had. When I come back to Montreal, I'll come to this place again
If you're craving a good burger that'll hit the spot i can't recommend this place enough. My friend & I got the tijuana burger & the mekan burger to share & they were both so delicious. The staff was so nice & the service not too long which is ideal imo. Will for sure go there again!
one of the best burger spots around! The burgers are juicy, flavorful, & cooked to perfection, with fresh buns & creative toppings. The fries & sides are just as delicious, & the service is fast & friendly. If you're craving an incredible burger experience, this place is a must-try!
This is our absolute favourite burger place in Montreal & maybe even Canada - the BEST juiciest most delicious burgers you've ever had in your life. They handmake the burger patties & the buns & fries & everything is super fresh. If you like pickled stuff get the duo combo for the pickled cabbage, it's so good.
The burger was absolutely delicious & the fries were excellent... Perfection! The red cabbage salad was "meh". The pistachio chocolate chip cookie was ok, it needed more chocolate chips, & the texture was more like a cookie/cake. The service was great & the location had lovely atmosphere, with big windows looking out into the tree filed streets. Overall, highly recommended.
Honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had. I had the Mekan Burger by itself, & will be back when hungrier to try the rest with fries etc. Super friendly too.
Had an amazing time at Mekan Burger! The burger & poutine were both delicious, & the service was friendly & efficient. The staff served us with a smile, which made the experience even better. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

I live in the area & had noticed the opening of this place & all the positive reviews. It was only a matter of time until trying it myself. One day, while my friend was around, I easily convinced her to go with me. They have a terrasse! That was one of our criterion. We entered the place & were warmly welcomed & handed menus. Here, you order at the counter & pay & food will be brought to your table. We sat ourselves outside, in the shade & waited. Both our burgers showed up within a reasonable delay. We were both delighted with our order. The buns are as delicious as per other reviews. The meat juicy & cooked to perfection. Toppings in abundance & tasty. It's as close to a homemade burger as you'll come, but with their homemade buns which are one of a kind! Do give them a try. I doubt you'll be disappointed. Oh! Be aware if sitting on the terrasse, it's next to a hop on hop off sightseeing bus stop. You know the ones. Double deckers... So they're will be lots of people watching both ways. Fortunately, the buses are not too disruptive.
Beyond amazing what a burger I can rank the Montreal burger in top 3 ever. The owners Cansu & Yunus was super friendly & make our experience even better. 🙌🏽🙏🏼

So glad we found this amazing spot! It was one of the very best burgers I've ever tried. We ordered Mekan special burger & Milano burger & both were delicious! Also the shakshuka as a side was amazing! Very friendly staff & owners as well!
Lovely burger place very very near to St Joseph's oratory - so a welcome rest stop after the summer heat & walking up & down the not-so-little hill. Burger was very very good & the shashuka fries were amazing. I normally hate Brinjal & eggplant but they were somehow able to make it nice & dry while still retaining its shape & taste. (I had the Montreal burger!)
I had one of the best vegetarian sandwiches the Venice. The combination of arugula pesto mozzarella & fresh bun. Delicious. Warm tasty fries hit the spot!
Conveniently located close to St. Joseph church oratory, this was my first dining experience in Montreal & it exceeded my expectations! Absolutely delicious burger & poutine! Everything is made from scratch with fresh ingredients & you can definitely taste it. The smell of buns being baked at the front was making me drool! Very friendly & warm service. My second 5 star review, & I eat out alot. I would definitely recommend this place to new tourists as a great first impression!
