Ambiance & service excellents!

Food & service is a hit or miss. Been here twice with the first time having great service & decent food. The second visit was horrible. Waited two hours & had yet to get our food. As usual, tables that came an hour after we ordered got their food. The waitress was nice, kept going to the kitchen & telling us it would take about 10 more minutes a couple of times, but still no food. Someone in our group of 6 talked to the manager about the two hour wait for food (all that was ordered was a couple of burgers, a sandwich, wings & fries). She said there was nothing she could do about the wait. They were busy. The place was half empty & it was 9:15pm on Monday night. We kept pressing & she finally said she had to make a phone call to discuss the situation (if you are the manager you should have the power to make decisions & handle problems). Came back with an offer of a round of shots (we refused cause all we wanted was our food). When we said we wanted to cancel the food orders, she gave an offer of a round of beers (again we refused cause we already had 2 beers each & at this point just wanted to pay for our drinks & leave). She gave a final offer of comping a beer if we waited for the food (for some reason she didn't like the idea of canceling the food orders). Another 30 minutes later the food came. It was around 9:45. So after waiting 3 hours for the food order…the burgers, wings & fries came & they were all cold. If there was a table that waited 3 hours for their food, as a manager I would definitely make sure that the order was accurate & piping hot. It feels like the staff said screw these paying customers so that they would never come back.

While pubs aren't typically my preference, this one stands out at Dix30 with its great vibe & stylish interior. Huge thanks to Amy for the excellent service-she's the best!

Nous y sommes allés le premier weekend de l'ouverture. Belle place avec une belle ambiance. Nourriture de pub. Le burger de bison est très bon. Les frites sont excellentes. Nous avons bu une pinte de blanc Velvet avec de la guiness. Les prix sont très raisonnables. Bon service de notre serveuse mais le garçon qui apporte la nourriture ne parle pas un seul mot de français. Assez spécial pour un endroit au dix30. Somme toute j'ai apprécié.

Très belle place je vais revenir souvent avec mon ami Denis la cuisine est super cornichon frit un must & le fish & chips incontournable

Avis mitigé! La place est superbe, le service bien, la bière bonne & le fish & chip excellent. Par contre le burger avait un fort goût de cumin ce qui n'était pas très agréable & je n'ai pas aimé la texture de la viande, je m'attendais plus à un burger de boeuf classique.
