We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly respectful & welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable. We ordered the Royal Platter & Khoresht-e-Masti, which came with fresh, warm bread, it was absolutely delicious. The food was served on time, all the kebabs were flavorful & perfectly cooked, & everything was served hot, which we really appreciated.
The only small suggestion I have is about the rice, the taste wasn't quite to our preference. Maybe trying different brands of rice could improve it even more.
The seating area is quite limited, so if you're a group of more than 4-6, it might be better to consider takeaway.
Overall, a great experience & definitely worth visiting. Wishing the team continued success in their great work.
Aujourd'hui, j'ai eu la chance de goûter au sandwich kebab koobideh sur un nouveau pain spécial & je dois dire que c'était tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès la première bouchée, on sent la différence. Le pain, légèrement croustillant à l'extérieur & moelleux à l'intérieur, complétait merveilleusement la saveur de viande tendre, parfaitement épicée, & grillée à la perfection. Les accompagnements (tomates fraîches, oignons, herbes, & une sauce maison incroyable) apportaient une vraie fraîcheur & un bel équilibre.
On sent clairement le savoir-faire traditionnel iranien, avec une touche de modernité. Le personnel était accueillant, chaleureux & passionné par leur cuisine.
Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui veulent découvrir de nouvelles saveurs, ou simplement savourer un bon kebab qui sort de l'ordinaire.
J'y retournerai, c'est sûr !

This delightful take-out & eat-in Persian restaurant is a hidden gem in Cote St. Luc. I had the chicken breast Joojeh Kebab, it came with a salad pita & a huge portion of beautifully marinated chicken, cooked to perfection. My husband had the Golpa lamb. It came with a large portion of rice, salad, two large strips of delicious Kebab perfectly seasoned, tender, & very tasty. We ordered an olive pomegranate & walnut salad, which was to die for! There was also pita with fried or crispy rice. A feast for the eyes & stomachs. We were full & incredibly satisfied. The meals were very reasonable & the server/cashier was attentive. Mazzeh prepares fine Persian cuisine at fast food prices!
We ordered Joojeh Kebab, Dolmeh, & two types of salad for 15 people. The quality of the food was excellent, & it arrived on time. All of our international guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal. It's hard to compete with Mazzeh-not only in Montreal, but across Canada.
The restaurant offers some of the most delicious kebabs in the NDG & Côte-Saint-Luc area. However, there are occasional instances where the lamb kebabs are slightly undercooked & may have a noticeable odor. Introducing a veal option on the menu would be a welcomed addition. Additionally, I would suggest handling the lamb meat with extra care to help mitigate its distinct smell. Another issue is that in all meat platter they don't provide any sauce. The dish looks boring & incomplete.
Just tried this Iranian kebab takeaway for the first time & already planning my return! The koobideh kebab was incredibly juicy & perfectly seasoned, with generous portions of fragrant saffron rice & all the proper accompaniments. Everything was thoughtfully packaged & stayed fresh on the trip home. The staff was friendly & helpful with recommendations. Authentic flavors, great value, & convenient service - exactly what you want in a takeaway spot!

I recently placed a large catering order from Mazze Catering for a gathering of 70 guests, & I couldn't be happier with the experience. The food was absolutely delicious - especially the kebabs! Everyone kept commenting on how juicy, tender, & flavorful they were.
It's not easy to impress a big group, but Mazze really delivered. The quality, taste, & presentation were all top-notch. I'll definitely be ordering from them again for future events. Highly recommended!
Food 5/5 Excellent !! I had an amazing experience with Mazzeh Catering. For a big Persian New Year celebration with 70 guests, we ordered Koubideh & chicken kebab from Mazzeh. The food was absolutely wonderful! The quality, freshness, & price were excellent, & they delivered right on time, just as promised. I highly recommend Mazzeh-enjoy their delicious food!
I ordered from Mazzeh for the first time 2 days ago, will not be my last time! I ordered a Koobideh & two Joojeh Kebab. The price was right & the plates did not disappoint. The amount of food is generous & you feel you are eating clean, meaning doing good for your body. The chicken was delicious! My son loved his Koobideh. We are already planning our next take-out! Thank you!
Their Khoresh-Mast & Abgoosht-e-beryani is a MUST try. The flavour was authentic. If you wanna have a Iranian Kebab, try their Mazze Special Koobide!
It's mainly take out but they do have a small table for 4. They were generous enough to give us FRESH FRESH hot out of the oven bread & Abgoosht-e-beryani 🫠

Perfectly designed with delicious food, I had one kebab sandwich, two servings of ghormeh sabzi, & one fesenjoon. I must mention that the team is very friendly, under the management of Mr. Masoud.
We ordered with uber & None of the dishes met our expectations. Gheymeh stew was so bad it didn't even look or taste like gheyme The beriyani was not good at all , it was tasteless & nothing like the beriyanis we had tried before Although we ordered the beriyani broth & sangak, which tasted good Kebab barg was overcooked & disappointing Kebab chenje was not bad but could be much better with this price! The samosa was okay & we liked that it was not spicy The only thing that was good was the mast musir Very very disappointing in total it was a real bad experience
I would like to thank Mezzeh Catering & its staff, especially the catering management for their kind treatment. My family & friends are always satisfied & enjoy the quality & deliciousness of the kebabs. Many thanks & appreciation.

C'est simplement bon. Le prix, abordable! Je prend le sandwich kebab piquant, 8'99$. C'est petit l'endroit, une table à manger & chaises haute ( Bar à manger). Mais disponible à emporter & autres. Employés parle anglais français & iranien. Les plats sont succulentes & pas cher & il faut essayer leur riz. Je recommande. 100/100
