Amazing authentic Yemeni food! 🇾🇪 The Mandi was delicious, the flavors were incredible, & the service was warm & welcoming. A must-try in Montreal! Highly recommended!
The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly & attentive, & the food was freshly prepared. We ordered the Mazbi with red & smoked rice, Mandi, & bamia. Every dish was delicious & packed with flavor-every bite was enjoyable. For dessert, we had the banana fata with cream & honey, along with traditional Yemeni tea. Everything was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this restaurant & will definitely be coming back.

C'était une expérience culinaire & culturelle très agréable ☺? le propriétaire & le serveur étaient incroyablement gentils & chaleureux ! Ils étaient au petit soin & la nourriture était délicieuse ! Nous avons même eu l'honneur d'essayer des habits traditionnels Yéménites ! Une belle trouvaille !
We had never tried Yemeni cuisine before, & it absolutely blew our minds. The meat was incredibly delicious, perfectly seasoned with aromatic spices, & prepared in a way that was completely new to us. We highly recommend this charming, family-run restaurant.
If you haven't tried Yemeni cuisine try Mazbi. My first time & I'm in love. Authentic, delicious food & super welcoming people. Had the veg dish Vegetable Edam 👌 Chai Adani tea & Kunafa for dessert. Highly recommend having these after your meal if you like sweet. Thanks for the picture. We'll be back soon!
Adore this place! The food comes out boiling hot & fresh. & with the bread... amazing. Even my picky dad like this place for dinner - it's not spicy in the'red hot pepper' way, but it does have spices in the'flavorful' way. The decor really immerses you into the yemeni culture, the waitresses were nice & I can tell this restaurant is run with love by the family.
An amazing experience from start to finish! The food was completely on point-flavorful, fresh, & authentic. The service was top-notch, & the atmosphere felt incredibly welcoming. The beautiful blend of traditional Yemeni decorations & cultural dishes made the whole evening feel special. Definitely a must-visit, & I highly recommend it to everyone!
Visited Montreal from Toronto, Ontario, & had the chance to try Mazbi Restaurant. First of all, the customer service was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, & very knowledgeable about their food, ingredients, & flavours. They took the time to explain everything properly & made sure we were ordering dishes that matched our taste preferences, which made the experience feel very personal & genuine.
You can really tell this is a hardworking, family-owned restaurant that takes pride in serving authentic Yemeni food. We tried several items from the menu, including the broth, chicken mandi, chicken mazbi, lamb mazbi, & a couple of other dishes whose names I can't quite remember & everything was full of flavour, fresh, & comforting.
Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Authentic food, generous hospitality, & a warm atmosphere. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you're in Montreal & want real Yemeni cuisine.
