I was disappointed, recently, with some (not all, of course) of our local African restaurants (food not freshly cooked, tired looking textures, etc.), but Mayicha came to the rescue: Mayicha cooked fresh delicious food, showcasing superb vivid textures, great management of the temperatures, etc. & that house-made chili sauce was another culinary Wow! Mayicha, you are a small humble looking restaurant but you cook with the soul & heart of a GIANT! The African continent can be very proud of the great food that comes from your kitchen!
