The staff are extremely friendly & helpful. The food all came within 3 - 5 minutes of submitting on the tablet. No real complaints about the food. All was tasty. Definitely give it a try.
I've been to Matsuno several times & it never disappoints. Service is super fast, & the food is very fresh & delicious. Especially the avocado hosomaki, which is super creamy, I can eat 15 of them, that's how good it is. Lots of variety to choose from & you order using the tablet they provide & I like how there are pictures to see what the food will look like. It can be a bit tough to get a table during the evenings, so it's better to make a reservation or better yet, get there 10-15 mins before they open & wait in line. There is even dessert you can order, such as ice cream flavors like green tea, mango & chocolate. Even if you're not a fan of sushi, they do offer a large variety of non-sushi dishes. Wish I took more photos, but the food was simply too delicious that I forgot to.
Food is great, the ambiance with friends / family is amazing, service is quick. The BEST is when you are being served by Winnie. However, she only works on the weekends & she has to travel all the way from Brossard. She has the best cutest personality loved by everyone. Nothing goes wrong when she's serving your table!

J'adore ce restaurant la nourriture & service MAIS d'aujourd'hui nous avons été servis par un serveuse extrêmement envahissante qui a même à plusieurs reprises nourri (penché sur la table de la banquette pour prendre sa fourchette & le gaver) mon garçon de 4 ans !!! J'étais mal à l'aise ... Elle a aussi commandé des plats lui apportez de la crème glacée! Sincèrement désagréable envahissante dérangemente & totalement déplacée ! Je ne retournerai PLUS JAMAIS 🙅🏼♀️ Je n'accepte pas que une étrangère viennent gérer mon souper déranger ma famille & toucher mon enfant!!!
Great all you can eat a la carte restaurant. You can have sushi, Chinese food or Thai food. Great selection & food is always fresh. Service is quick & efficient. Hands down my favorite all you can eat Asian food restaurant in Montreal. Parking can be challenging during peak hours. Make a reservation to avoid too much of a wait.
Service was really fast, food was pretty good (especially the sashimi) & a lot of diversity in the menu. The only real inconvenience is that the table for two people is pretty small.
Sushi wasn't the greatest. It was overbearing with sauces & did not taste fresh. The regular makis that had no sauce didn't taste fresh or great. The sashimi was fresh though only thing that saved this experience. They also didn't have any steamed shrimp dumplings on the menu like most other places do. Overall the service was fast & efficient but the items on the menu that looked nice didn't taste great. Will not be returning back in the future.

I used to enjoy my experience here. Unfortunately, not anymore. I had more rice than actual ingredients in the sushis. We had more tempura than fish & what not in the sushis. We ordered sesame beef. It had 10% beef, & the rest were just bread crumbs. Not worth the experience. We ordered hosomakis knowing they were going to be small. They ended up being bigger. Note that you are going to be told in the beginning that you have 2 hours to be at the table. This will not be pleasant for a group of more than 4-5 people. Unfortunately, I have to move on; I will not be coming back along with many of my friends & family members.
