Excellent service client a chaque visite & toutes les préparations pâtissières sont délicieuses(croyez moi car je les aient toutes goûter 😅) ça fait 2 ans que je reviens régulièrement dans cette pâtisserie japonaise. La récente création de matchachino(plus petit & plus concentré que le matcha latte) est devenue ma nouvelle boisson préférée 💕👌🏼

Matcha Zenmai is truly a hidden gem. If you're a matcha lover, this place is absolutely worth visiting. They offer premium-quality matcha in everything from lattes & desserts to ice cream, & you can genuinely taste the difference in the quality of the ingredients.

What I really appreciate about this spot is that the products speak for themselves. The service is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxed, & the overall experience feels very authentic & welcoming. It's a simple, no-frills kind of café where you can just sit back & enjoy a really well-made cup of matcha, whether hot or iced.

I had the iced matcha latte on a hot day, & it was incredibly refreshing. The matcha flavor was smooth, rich, & perfectly balanced. Their matcha ice cream also stood out to me because it's surprisingly hard to find matcha ice cream made with this level of quality & care.

You can tell the team here genuinely cares about their products & customer experience. I also appreciate that they seem to be keeping things reasonably affordable, which probably explains why I often see students here whenever I visit.

Overall, this is a fantastic spot to relax & enjoy high-quality matcha in Montreal. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in the city. Thank you for the great service & amazing products!

Pas besoin de faire le voyage au Japon ici on retrouve l'authenticité & la qualité des mets japonais. L'alliance des saveurs & des textures été aux rendez vous je recommande cette place.

I don't want to leave a 1-star review because the matcha vanilla ice cream was really good, & the portion size was generous.

However, the service was disappointing. I came in on Sunday night (May 31, around 8 PM) & stood at the cashier for a couple of minutes before anyone saying hi or even say i will come in few minutes. even though staff were nearby. The guy working that evening wasn't very welcoming & he took the order very quickly without any interaction.

The tables were also quite shaky, & the boxes stored behind the entrance don't make the best first impression.

Great ice cream, but the service could definitely be improved.

If you love matcha-flavoured sweets, this is the place to go! Tried the matcha ice cream in a cone, it was excellent. Many other matcha-flavoured items (cookies, brownies, etc) which I will try the next time I'm in the area. Quick & friendly service, the place was a bit crowded but we still managed to find a place to sit. Must try if you love matcha!

Great quality matcha. I got the classic iced matcha latte. Super creamy & quality of matcha was amazing. Highly recommend. Workers were also super nice 👍🏻
