Anil Chauhan - Co-propriétaire et chef
Au cours des 30 dernières années, le chef Anil a concocté des plats créatifs et délicieux de toute l'Inde. Né et élevé à Delhi, en Inde, Anil a obtenu son diplôme de l'école culinaire. Il a travaillé comme chef dans des hôtels 5 étoiles d'élite tels que l'Oberoi’s, le Park Royal et le Park Hotel à Delhi. Il a également ouvert un restaurant indien à Moscou, en Russie, en 1997. En 2006, il a participé au LE CORDON BLEU - CULINARY CUP qui s'est tenu à New Delhi. Plus tard dans l'année 2006, Anil a eu l'occasion de venir à Montréal, au Canada, pour travailler pour un restaurant indien gastronomique. Maintenant, Anil est tout enthousiasmé par cette nouvelle entreprise visant à satisfaire les Montréalais et à tester leurs papilles gustatives avec la nourriture de partout en Inde.

No hello? I felt I was annoying them. If they don't speak the language that's fine but acknowledge…vegetarian dumplings were good.. chicken chilli was really bad … tasted frozen… mushrooms were … ok…. I go to this place once in a while. Normally, their food is good but on my last visit on Sunday 15th evening, both paneer & chicken dishes were very salty & very spicy especially when I told the person taking the order that I need mild dish because I am not allowed spicy food. Also the chicken dish tasted stale for reasons best known to them. I repeat that this was the first time the food wasn't satisfactory. Maybe they had a new cook in the kitchenVoir plus

GREAT GREAT GREAT It's was our first time at masala art. The food was delicious the portions were generous, the flavors were perfect. It is the best Indian food so far in the area. The food is just alright, not bad, not amazing. I had paneer chilly, & it was way too sweet. It seemed to be prepared in gulab jamun syrup. It was not bad, but surely that dish needs another name. The restaurant is clean & the staff is nice & friendly.Voir plus

VERY NICE PLACE!! The staff is approachable & friendly. Great parking facility & the restaurant & washroom areas are extremely clean. Great place to visit with your friends & family, especially if they are vegetarian! Their mango lassis are to die for!!!Voir plus

We went here yesterday & they didn't dissapoint us. Food & service was awesome. Most importantly, since they know we are vegetarian they takes a goof care of us, they told us about eggs in garlic naan so we can choose something else from the menu & taste was really awesome we tried paneer masala tandoori, chilli momos & mango Lassi & everything was up to the mark, we will definitely visit here again.Voir plus
