My brother-in-law ordered a cake from Marie Pain for his daughter's first birthday. It was a 2 tier cake. They submitted the information through the website to get a quote. He went & paid 214.35$ for the 2 tier cake. On the day of the event, he received a 1 tier cake. It had nothing to do with the cake that was sent to them. Mistakes can happen, but the worst part is not owning it. He got a cake that was not presentable & paid 214.35$ When he tried to contact customer service, they were very unprofessional & only suggested a 20$ gift card. The mistake came on their end & the cake they provided was not the cake we had asked for. The least they could have done is reimburse the difference. Be careful when ordering with them because if there is a problem with your cake, they won't take responsibility & clearly will not compensate you. It was very unfortunate that we had to buy another cake because what they gave was not enough. Find yourself a reliable bakery because this one is not it.

Je veux partager mon expérience de gâteau personnalisé avec Marie Pain. J'avais fais une soumission de gâteau avec 2 étage. Le couleur blanc & or. On a reçu un gâteau rose avec un étage. Faites attention quand vous soumettez gâteaux personnalisé.

Très bien, tout est bon & le personnel accueillant.
Parfois il manque de places pour manger. C'était beaucoup mieux avant les rénovations.
