Pour faire court : ne négligez pas le Philly cheese steak qui SLAP!!!

Bon, d'office, je déclare la pizza vraiment bonne. Solide même : bien garnie, généreuse, fromagée, etc. Peut-être un peu trop grasse - je m'étonne à le dire - mais sur un estomac vide, ça passe. 😅

Cependant, ce qui a volé le show, c'est le sous-marin Philly cheese steak... Il SLAP tellement il est délicieux!!! 🔥 Hormis les rondelles d'oignons dessus qui m'apparaissent comme marginales [mais tout de même appréciées], le sandwhich en soi déborde de saveur, notamment grâce aux oignons caramélisés à l'intérieur. Dans ce coin de pays, c'est le plus proche qu'on peu trouver d'un authentique Philly cheese steak (tel que ceux qu'on trouve à Philadelphie). Quoiqu'il en soit, c'est un sous-marin cuisiné d'une main de maître. 🤌

Dorénavant un incontournable.

The older gentleman taking the order seems to be no nonsense & some what grumpy, no friendly Chit chat , no smile for lunch time pick up ordering. The pizza was very good . The crust was tasty & big. A 9-inch pizza in an 8-inch box.
Went back this time for a Philly cheese steak sub. It looked different with onion rings on top . But the bread was pizza dough , super tasty & the steak filling was really really good & juicy & tasty .
