Plusieurs produits latinos américains importés, bon rapport qualité prix , bon service à la clientele. Ils ont 3 épiceries à Montréal sous la même bannière comprenant 3 restos comptoirs intégrés .

Que decepción!! Pedí un sancocho y me dieron un plato como si fueran las sobras del dia anterior, sin carne la verdura despedazada o sea terrible! El arroz esta feo sabe a guardado! Lo más rescatable son las empanadas, el chicharrón y las popusas..

This was my first time visiting this restaurant based on friends' recommendations, & unfortunately, it will also be my last.

I have absolutely no complaints about the food-it was very good. However, the entire experience was ruined by the cashier's attitude.

She was rude, unprofessional, & seemed annoyed to have to serve customers. Throughout the interaction, she made unpleasant facial expressions & gave the impression that helping customers was a burden.

Good food may bring customers in, but poor customer service is enough to make them never come back. I strongly recommend that she receive proper customer service training, as her attitude seriously damages the overall experience.

Latin American ethnic food. I enjoy it. It is a buffet type restaurant with tamales, sancocho, mondongo, puerco, empanadas, fríjoles, chicharron, etc. The restaurant is part of the ethnic Latinamerican grocery store. Get tamales, beans, pork, chicken, patacones (fried green planctain), soups, latinamerican paradise! However dining is not a good experience. Tables get better cleaning & Tydiness. & lately cutlery has been abolished for one-use wood spoons, knifes & forks. Specially the spoons are terrible. They are flat & small. A soup cannot be enjoyed with them. It is impossible. I am close to not ever going back....
