Review Summary

Mano Figa is widely celebrated for its authentic and delicious selection of focaccia and schiacciata sandwiches, which are consistently praised for their fresh ingredients, generous portions, and high-quality bread. Many patrons describe the coffee as exceptional, frequently highlighting the smooth lattes and expertly crafted espresso as some of the best in Montreal. While the atmosphere is often noted as vibrant, fun, and welcoming, some experiences are impacted by busy lunch rushes that can lead to disorganized service, communication challenges, or occasional inconsistency. Despite a few mixed reviews regarding staff interactions or service protocols, the majority of visitors appreciate the warm hospitality and high-quality food, making it a popular neighborhood destination that encourages repeat visits.

Great spot for a lovely lunch! The place is small but the staff were working seamlessly to make coffee & sandwhiches for what became a busy lunch rush while we were there. However they were super fast cranking out delicious sandwhiches & giving great service. I felt the price was good for the quality & amount of food we got! Sandwhiches are big & full of meat & other toppings that made is a gorgeous & filling meal. Would 100% recommend anyone come here for an amazing sandwhich.

I don't want to knock this place too hard because the sandwiches are fantastic, but the wait is just too long. They really need another guy just on cold cuts duty instead of having one guy trying to do both cutting & assembling & bagging, & just not able keeping up. He's trying his best to batch them up, doing 5-6 at a time, but it's just not moving. Wether it's a week day lunch or a weekend, it's not unusual to wait up to 20 if not 30 mins for a sandwich. They're honestly great, & I keep coming back despite the wait, but for the sake of this place they should improve their workflow. I would spend more per sandwich or come more often if the sandwiches took 5 mins instead of 20.
