Bien désolée de mettre un avis négatif mais cela fait maintenant à 3 reprises que je suis très déçue. Ce n'est plus le Mandys du début. La fraîcheur & la qualité des produits ne sont plus là. Dommage !

This Mandy's is great!!!! Staff is amazing, salads are always well prepared, & super quick service!! Interior is also very pretty!! My favourite Mandy's on the island for sure!!

I FOUND A MASSIVE CRICKET IN MY SALAD. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE & UNHYGIENIC. THE FRONT CASH GIRL WAS KIND & APOLOGETIC BUT THE GIRL THAT WAS MAKING THE SALAD DIDN'T EVEN BAT AN EYE?!?! MADE ME WONDER IF THIS IS SOMETHING THEY SEE ON THE REGULAR? THE RESPONSE WAS THAT IT WAS FROM THE ORGANIC LETTUCE. I ALSO BUY ORGANIC LETTUCE BUT I DO MY DUE DILIGENCE & WASH IT. THE INSECT WAS SO BIG IT WAS HARD TO MISS. IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2004 & I AM SO DISGUSTED I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK.

Ça fait plusieurs fois que les instructions données avec la commande en ligne ne sont pas respectées. C'est énervant, encore plus quand on paie 30 $ un bol qu'on ne pourra pas manger entièrement à cause de l'erreur.

Just a bit of some cheap tomatoes, salad vegetables that's all.

Stopped in in the middle of a rainstorm & wow, customer service is not dead! I couldn't decide whether to try a new salad & I was offered a sample taste of the dressing. She was so polite & attentive! Shout out to Meredith at Mandy's!!
The salads are amazing too 💕

We brought our delicious salads to the park to enjoy under a shade tree only to discover - there were no forks in the bag!!
We finally rustled up a couple to eat our amazing salads.

Tried their new menu. Cowboy Salad with pulled beef was great! Service was phenomenal. Katie is exceptional.

I LOVE MANDYS!! I used to only get the caesar because nobody could mess up a caesar, but i recently tried the habibi & WOW. I went two days later again (today) to get another one because it was just too good. However, today I noticed that the habibi was unavailable & called to discover that they were out of sweet potato. I asked if I could get it & replace the sweet potato with extra tomatoes. When I went to pick it up, they told me they actually found more sweet potato & gave me extra tomato. Safe to say I will be getting more soon.

i haven't tried a salad from the westmont location that wasn't 10/10! this places has become one of my go to spots for a fresh & delicious salad.
the vibe is also amazing, relaxed & clean, & the staff is always so friendly & welcoming. you can tell that the manager puts a lot of care & energy into running this place smoothly, i've seen it first hand!
definitely worth a visit (or several)

Great look & feel but no bacon available on one salad so they offered extra chicken but then completely forgot the chicken , also no fried onions for the other salad . Member behind counter said well give extra other stuff as this happened last week

Let me start by saying I ADORE Mandy's & it's always hard to resist when I go by one. I've taken visitors to the city in the Old Port, I've ordered it online, all the things. But the music is simply waaaaaaaayyyyy too loud :( I was at the Westmount location today & the staff was very kind & regretful about not being able to change the volume (they apparently don't have access). I don't understand this trend of having everywhere constantly having aggressive music that makes it feel like you're in a club. This is a restaurant; it should be relaxing! The decor here is so good, & the food delicious, why ruin it with music so loud you can't work or talk? Even with my earphones in, it was loud. On top of it, in this day & age where we have more awareness of noise sensitivities/neurodivergence & given we are bombarded every day with stimuli, it would be amazing to see Mandy's be forward thinking with this & be one of those places that provide an aural respite
