They did a bait & switch on my order. They did not tell me when I picked up my order. Got home & a message on the bag said sorry we were out of stock of what you ordered & gave you these cookies instead. Worst customer service & they do not answer the phone. I will make it a mission to have them closed down. Bait & switch without informing the client is against the law here in quebec. They weee desperate for money & desperate to clear out the worst of thier cookies.

Finally made it to the Montreal landmark & I wasn't disappointed! I had the Lumberjack salad & it was amazing! The Salad was plentiful & filling. The price was, as expected & the ingredients were fresh & flavourful. Definitely worth the wait.

I dealt directly with manager or team lead : Dara. & she was great.. very polite & caring , it was also my wifes first time trying Mandys & my first time back in 2-3 years. Dara understood all the instructions for our salad & she made sure they were perfectly made to our liking , will be back just because of HER

Always Top Notch service & quality & cleanliness at this place. I had the new butternut squash soup which was divine in every aspect of its taste & very satisfying. Will definitely be back again & again no doubt.

The sign outside the business is way too bright at night. Can't even look in that direction without being blinded by it. Salads taste good but went up in price way too much after covid.
