I had a great experience with Antoine at Mandy's customer service. From the moment I reached out, he was friendly, attentive, & genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand my request & made sure everything was handled smoothly & efficiently.
What stood out the most was his professionalism & positive attitude even when things got a bit complicated, he stayed patient & solution-oriented. It's clear he cares about customer satisfaction & takes pride in his work.

If you buy the pre-made salads then it's a good value. It can get really expensive when you start adding extra toppings or make your own salad from scratch. It can be healthy as it is salads, but watch out for creamy dressings & extras.
They have great soups & bone broth too as well as fresh baked goods.
Overall I really like this place & order here often.

Amazing experience at Mandy's! The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Lara was especially friendly, attentive, & made everything feel so easy & comfortable. She really took the time to listen & made sure I was happy every step of the way. You can tell she truly cares about her work & her clients. Today, I went to Mandy's & was served by a super sweet young girl named Emily.She provided me very good service & really helped me understand the menu.I got the Cobb Salad & it was delicious!
I've been ordering the same salad for years without issue. My first time getting it from Mandy's DDO & I end up sick for two days. I'm sure it was food poisoning. Definitely avoid this location, something's not right.
