Like all Mandy's, this one is also great with always-fresh salads, a great variety of them, & a small but cozy seating area. The balance with dressings is perfect, & it's nice to try different options if you go often enough. Salads have beckme a bit pricey, like everything else, but it's worth it. Enjoy!
1 star, only because 0 is not an option, & strictly due to their abysmal service. We have often ordered from them, via Uber Eats, & invariably there is at least one extra item missing. Tonight, 6 items were missing, along with some items that are regular fare in their salad! (the Cobb Salad was missing the egg & the avocado, over & above the missing extras.) Although Uber Eats will reimburse you for missing items, this is NOT an Uber Eats issue! The problem lies entirely with Mandy's staff. Apparently, they have serious difficulties following instructions. Tried to reach Mandy's management staff to advise them of the situation, straight to voicemail--not expecting a call back anytime soon. As usual, Uber Eats compensated us for Mandy's errors, but we are now officially done with ordering from them. Tonight was the last straw, with too many items missing. Buyer beware, check your orders, chances are very high that you are paying for items you have not received. (Highlighted items on the bill were missing in tonight's order).
I can't recommend this spot enough! The baked goods are incredible, with so many tasty options to choose from. The shop is clean, cozy, & has such a great vibe. Emily was absolutely wonderful-she greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions, & made me feel so welcome. It's rare to receive service this good these days. I'll definitely be back soon!
Best salads I've ever had! The customer service was outstanding, Lara walked me through different options & helped me pick the perfect one. She's the best!
Today, I had the pleasure of being served by Brodi! It was my first time at a Mandy's store, & she was extremely helpful & welcoming. She did not rush me into ordering & offered her opinion on which options she thought I would like best. She was not only like this towards me, but also towards every customer who walked through the door. It was such a pleasant experience, & I hope to be greeted by her again soon !!
Not a big salad person, but I found these ones delicious! They have so many options that it was hard to decide. The place is beautiful, very well decorated, & the staff were kind & friendly. I just find it a bit overpriced for a salad, but once in a while it's totally worth it
Not sure why people complain about Mandy's… I had a great experience. I came this afternoon & the staff were super patient helping me pick out a salad (there are a lot of options!), & everything came out quickly & fresh. Service was way better than I expected from reading some of the other reviews.
