Malgré avoir passé la commande la veille, l'attente était épouvantable sur les lieux (20mn), aucune gentillesse du personnel & la salade était vraiment petite dans la boîte.
Cela fait 2 mauvaises expériences à cette succursale en quelques semaines. Pas sûre du tout d'y retourner. Très décevant
I go to several Mandys locations & enjoy their salads, but the service at this DDO location was disappointing. I tried calling twice to order; first call she told me to hold on & I proceeded to wait three minutes. I hung up called again & it went to voicemail. I decided to still go in store & order there. Restaurant was dead. No orders, no lines, maybe three people sitting inside. The employee was just on her phone facing the direction of the kitchen. Wont return here if I want fast & friendly service!
Mon expérience était décevante une salade à 23$ avant taxes je m'attendais à qlq chose de bon surtout que j'ai essayais d'autres salades ya longtemps & c était trop bon avec portion généreuse. Mais la vraiment je suis restée sans lunch salade trop piquante ingrédients pas frais… bon ça vaut pas le coup
J'aime Mandy's depuis leurs débuts, quand ils avaient leur petit comptoir à salades à Outremont. J'ai leurs livres de recettes. J'ai goûté à toutes leurs salades, soupes & desserts.
Mais honnêtement, la qualité lors de mes dernières visites à la succursale de DDO était vraiment décevante. Portions inégales. Salades fades. Qu'est-ce qui est arrivé à leurs salades qui faisaient exploser mes papilles ?
& les smoothies… celui que j'ai pris dernièrement était tellement mauvais-même après avoir essayé de masquer le goût amer avec du sirop d'érable dans mon breuvage à emporter, j'ai fini par le jeter.
Mandy's est encore super beau, avec leur bel emballage & leur décor chic & élégant. Mais, la succursale de DDO ne rend pas justice à la marque Mandy's.

Horrible dine-in & take-out unlike other locations.
Quality & quantity diminished as the time goes… Really disappointing as I used to LOVE mandy's salads! Did takeout a few times, & it's so unfortunate that the portions are tiny & the ingredients aren't as fresh… Often times even missing items in the order..
Tried to reach out to them via their website & email, but they don't seem to care enough to answer.

First time trying Mandy's it's pretty good for a salad place. I think I might be my go to salad place now you got a pretty decent size portion & it's salad that actually taste good worth the hype. I got the duck salad their special of the month & it was really really good for sure would come back to try the other salads.
Je donne 5 étoiles car je suis surpris en particulier à la belle fille de la réception dont j'ai pris la commande uber ce soir, une façon de communication professionnelle & respectueuse .
My wife & I are regulars at least 3 to 4 times a week. I always order the Caesar salad on my wife, always orders the wolfe salad. Possibly the nights that we order on have different staff preparing the food, but the Caesar has been a little dry & the wolf has been missing chicken. Spoke to a manager, said she would call me back & never did. Have not ordered from there since & we are spending about $200 week +.

The portions are so small at this location. Usually i always have leftovers of my protein power bowl but not here, they dont pack it like they do at the other locations, disappointing.
