Worst service ever on Uber. I placed my order in at 12 & only received it at 2pm. If in store is busy they should have turned off delivery. I was unable to cancel my order without losing my amount.
When I called what I was told is that it was busy in store. Then why did they accept online orders

Just had Mandy's & it was honestly such a great experience! The service was fantastic - super friendly, quick, & really welcoming from the moment we walked in. The salads were just as good: fresh, flavourful, & perfectly portioned. You can really tell everything is made with quality ingredients. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something healthy that still tastes amazing!
Adriana was absolutely wonderful-welcoming, patient, & so helpful. She made sure everything was perfect & did it all with a great attitude. This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.
Please note that this is the 3rd order in a row from the West Island location which has had issues. The first time, all the salads were wet, the second, the avocado was rotten & this time, they fully forgot a whole salad with zero help to solve the problem - even after speaking to them on the phone. This is unacceptable. Not only have you shrunk the salads but the service is declining. For the price we pay, I would expect a lot better. Instead of spending all your time opening new restaurants, maybe you should focus on providing better quality & service at your existing locations
Mandy's salads never disappoints. The salads are always super fresh & delicious, & you can really tell the place is well managed. Ava does an amazing job everything runs smoothly & the vibe is always welcoming. I'm always happy to eat here & will for sure be coming back!
I am a regular Mandy's lumberjack salad customer. Usually pick up once a week . There are often missing ingredients Ie . No pita chips , no bacon bits , no mushrooms & lately no Caesar dressing for the past few weeks so I had to go buy dressing at the grocery store . How do you not have dressing ?? Oh & they charge you the same price even if they are missing items !! Needless to say from now on if they are missing items items I'm walking out & have a Poké bowl around the corner instead . Very disappointed !!!

My third time at this place & the service was outstanding! I hadn't realized that I ordered a vegan salad but the experience was a positive one overall. A huge shout out to Eva, the store manager, for going the extra mile to ensure that we were well taken care of.
Exceptional service & top-notch management - you can truly feel the care & attention behind every detail 🙌. The food was fresh, well-balanced, & actually healthy 🥗✨ (which is rare these days, since so many places overload everything with salt).
I left feeling energized, satisfied, & genuinely good - not heavy or bloated 👍. It's refreshing to find a place that prioritizes quality, wellness, & taste all at once.
Highly recommended if you're looking for delicious food, great service, & an experience that makes you feel great inside & out 💚👏
I'm not usually a salad guy, but Mandy's changed that. Being able to build my own custom salad with great fresh ingredients makes all the difference, & the place is very well organized & clean.

Mandy's is hands down my favorite spots for fresh delicious salads. The salads are always packed with flavor, super fresh & incredibly filling you never feel like you're eating'just a salad'. The service is friendly & very well managed. I was never disappointed. Highly recommended!!
I came in yesterday Jan 13 & again today, Jan 14 to pick up an order for my work meeting with coworkers. Both days the staffing seemed short & needed more employees, it seemed overwhelmed & underprepared for the busy service demand! They should be adding extra people on the schedule to meet the high demand of their orders.
Hi went today with a friend , our total bill was 71$
I just had the sesame salad, just the order was not friendly disorganized uber pick up all around counter & on the sides
I paid I did not rec my transaction only at table later on , we waited 30 min n more for 2 salads n a cold soup
My sesame salad I found it was drenched with dressing too too much n putting in salad. Ramen noodle pieces so cheap n so unhealthy in the salad I
Just had a few bites told one server there how I felt about the salad
Never again first & definitely last time ……
They should have a better organization one line for uber pick up maybe with a sign ,
& clients in shop should rec priority ….service
i came in store to order while there's an uber promo currently happening which i found out later yet the staff working were super short today. 3 workers in the kitchen & 1 at the cash trying to manage it all. management needs to wake up. it solely impacts the paying customers. will not be returning
