I go to several Mandys locations & enjoy their salads, but the service at this DDO location was disappointing. I tried calling twice to order; first call she told me to hold on & I proceeded to wait three minutes. I hung up called again & it went to voicemail. I decided to still go in store & order there. Restaurant was dead. No orders, no lines, maybe three people sitting inside. The employee was just on her phone facing the direction of the kitchen. Horrible dine-in & take-out unlike other locations.
Quality & quantity diminished as the time goes… Really disappointing as I used to LOVE mandy's salads! Did takeout a few times, & it's so unfortunate that the portions are tiny & the ingredients aren't as fresh… Often times even missing items in the order..
Tried to reach out to them via their website & email, but they don't seem to care enough to answer.View more

The portions are so small at this location. Usually i always have leftovers of my protein power bowl but not here, they dont pack it like they do at the other locations, disappointing.View more

New menu, not as good as old. Quality & freshness not what it used to be. Feels like an « optimisation »consultant came in to cut costs.. Lettuce was a bit wilted. Disappointing.View more
