Karthik, amazing customer service when I ordered delivery I called to make sure my order was on point! He assured & everything came out as usually as asked. Every-time he has been working at a shift at the store he has always given great customer service & made the pizza done so well! I always enjoy my pizza when he is working the store at my each visit. I have not had any other person make sure the service & pizza was up to standard like he has!!! Great employee

So, I have no complaints about the food, service or atmosphere. In fact, the service is excellent. They are friendly, they remember me when I call to order & their food is always on point. My complaint is the price!! When COVID first happened, I was ordering from them all the time. Once I had a rude delivery guy & I called them to complain. They made sure that delivery guy never came back to my house. Fast forward a few years later....I ordered 4 cheeseburgers & some fries. The price was over $60...Insane! Still love them, but too expensive for me now.

I have been eating at Mama's pizza for many years. I hate to admit but I love their Pizza. It is probably one of the best in Montreal. I hate to admit this because their service is terrible. We ordered two pizza's for delivery. The delivery took an hour & when the pizzas arrived, they were the wrong toppings. The management didn't seem to find this was a big deal & pointed out that it was only a 2$ difference between the pizza's we ordered & the ones we received.
