Overall a good experience. Two of their main items on the menu in my opinion is the waffles & pancakes. So I was disappointed & shocked even they told me they ran out of waffles at noon. Nevertheless, the toppings on the pancakes made the pancakes delicious & i recommend the seasonal French toast latte 🤤
Café de quartier entre Grifintown & le Camal Lachine. Cosy & chaleureux, l'accueil & agréable, ainsi que le service. Tartine de saumon fumé étaient très bonnes, ainsi que le latte. Je recommande ce café

La qualité de la nourriture est satisfaisante, cependant, quelques points négatifs méritent d'être mentionnés. Le service s'est révélé assez lent, avec une attente d'environ 10 minutes pour obtenir les menus & de l'eau. De plus, une fois nos plats servis (40 minutes plus tard), personne n'est revenu pour vérifier si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit d'autre. D'ailleurs, il est à noter qu'il vaut mieux éviter les premières tables pour deux personnes à l'entrée, car l'expérience s'est avérée désagréable à cet emplacement. La gestion de la file d'attente est un peu chaotique, car au lieu de prendre les noms des clients & de les faire attendre à l'extérieur, les groupes se sont accumulés dans un espace restreint, encombrant les premières tables près de l'entrée. De plus, la porte était constamment ouverte, laissant entrer des courants d'air, ce qui rendait l'expérience globale peu agréable. Cela donnait l'impression de manger dans le hall d'entrée, sous le regard des personnes attendant leur table. En résumé, si le restaurant permet aux clients d'attendre à l'intérieur, il serait judicieux de condamner ces trois tables & de les réserver pour une zone d'attente, améliorant ainsi considérablement l'expérience des convives dans la salle à manger.
Best brunch I've had in a long time. Pancakes & pain perdu were awesome. Pumpkin pie latte was also delish. The decor is so beautiful. Grab cookies on the way out, you won't regret it!
A wonderful bistro on a quiet section of Notre Dame (West) in Griffontown, Maman has a bright, airy atmosphere that adds a pleasant ambiance to your brunch. Stylized with faded white-stained patio furniture, surrounded by antiqued mirrors & a variety of hanging fauna, Maman provides a summertime vibe even in winter time. The menu options are generally of the "healthy" variety so you won't find the classic diner style breakfast here, however there are some excellent baked goods as compensation. For our meal we enjoyed the Papa's Breakfast Bowl (very good...I really liked the roasted potatoes), the Wilde Salad (also very good), a butter croissant (very good) & a "Oprah" cookie (excellent..super fresh & tasty)...as well as a Maple French Toast Latte (yum). Service was attentive & the meal was delivered very quickly. We arrived at around 10am & the restaurant was still available...but by 11am it was mostly full. Definitely worth a visit. Enjoy!

Really beautiful place & nice restaurant to have brunch. Many options from sweet to savoury, sandwich to salad. You might need to wait a bit on weekend since it’s quite a well-known spot for brunch. & everything that we ordered was amazing & so good!

Cozy vibe & delicious food. The waitress accidentally misunderstood my order & I ended up having the same dish as my husband, but it was still very good! We also grabbed some chocolate chip cookies to go. If you're in the area, I recommend trying!
Arrived at 2, & it was lovely that they’re busy but waited almost 8 minutes before we were acknowledged to be seated. They didn’t have pancakes nor french toast anymore which was sad but fine. Pastries & hot drinks were cold.
We paid cash at the counter & the server charged a tip without asking us about the % first, it’s not about the money at all, but that was so tacky to do.
This was our first time & probably last; have been really excited to visit before, so just disappointed.
Superbe restaurant de brunch dans Griffintown! Il y a une petite terrasse extérieure. Les plats sont très bons & le service est très bien. C'est assez achalandé la fin de semaine, c'est parce que c'est bon! À essayer!

Went here for brunch on a Sunday, there was a line so we had to wait for 10+ minutes, the pancakes were okay, not the best I’ve ever had, but I like that they have some gluten free options, the place is cute
