Most of the food was bland focussed on catering to "non-desi" folks & lacked authenticity & nostalgia. It did not bring out the home-sickness but rather a sense of servitude. Our desi food is delicious & known around the world for a reason, for its authenticity, its spices, aroma & the home ties. My friendly suggestion is "keep it real Habibi".
