An amazing spot for authentic Lebanese sandwiches that truly deliver on flavor! The Tawook sandwich was absolutely delicious & tasted just like the ones you'd find in Lebanon-perfectly seasoned, tender, & wrapped with care. The traditional Lebanese burger sandwich was another standout, packed with rich, authentic flavors that brought back so many memories. If you're craving a taste of Lebanon, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking genuine Lebanese street food done right!View more
As a fellow Lebanese who grew up eating Malak Al Tawouk. YOU. MUST. GO. HERE. When I heard they were opening in Canada, I freaked out & had to immediately come here to try it. Tastes just like home! & is quite affordable too. If you want fast, good & filling sandwiches.. Go to Malak Al Tawouk!View more
My family & I ordered the chicken tawouk sandwiches & French fries. The food was decent, but we had specifically requested that the kids' sandwiches be made without ketchup & pickles. Unfortunately, this detail was missed, & all the sandwiches included both, which we only noticed after leaving the restaurant. It would be helpful if the staff paid closer attention to special instructions. I rated the atmosphere lower due to the limited seating-no tables were available-& the space felt loud & crowded.View more
I tried the regular Taouk sandwiches & they were fantastic! The flavors were authentic, & the portions were really generous. You get a lot of quality food for an affordable price, making it a great value. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a delicious, hearty meal.View more
During my recent visit, I noticed that the taouk tasted different. Additionally, I was concerned about hygiene when I saw a woman & a man preparing sandwiches while chewing gum. For a restaurant that adheres to the ISO 22000 food safety management standard, chewing gum should be prohibited for staff to maintain high hygiene standards.View more
Amazing Sandwiches as usual! I will always come back for the taouk sandwich.View more
I've been twice so far & went for the Tawouk sandwich with cheese both times. The size of the sandwiches is great, the regular is quite large so you don't even need a side of fries. It's a delicious sandwich, although a bit light on the veggies in comparison to Shawarma's which I am more accustomed to. The garlic sauce heavily dominates the flavours of the wrap. This place is pretty popular so the wait times can get long. In consideration of how busy they are, seating availability can be a problem. The place is kept clean though & generally well-run.View more
Let me lay it as is , I'm 48 years old grew up with these sandwiches, it's close but not there, like Lebanon. Burger is good, taouk is cold & dry, it was left for too long on the grille, probably cooked in advance as you see in the pic & piled up to keep up with the rush. Soujouk is not edible , has nothing to do with Soujouk, French fries sandwich is ok, but not enough French fries in the sandwich , liver was not bad , I would have left a 3 star but bash is a friend . I left a 4 star. Quality of food needs to be worked on. This is not the Malek Al Taouk we know. Yes, I lay it as is, even if it's a friend's place... sorry Bash. I know you take pride in your restaurants . This needs work.View more
A clean & tasty place to eat sandwiches & burgers. The staff was friendly.View more
The food tastes amazing & come in many sizes. The service is great because the staff are very nice. The thing is that there aren't many spots & that the restaurant is a little bit tight. Other than that, everything's very impressive! You must try their Lebanese burger :) 👌🏼 But they put way too much garlic in the sandwiches. I even had a garlic trace the next morning 😅View more
Some of the best toom (outside of homemade) I have had! The sandwiches are so big, go for the small unless you plan on having left overs. The staff was friendly & helpful. The seating was limited at the time we went, but it's such an easy thing to eat on the go! I will be coming back in the near future! Their original chicken is the highly recommended!View more
Sandwiches are tasty & filling. The place was clean. Would definitely come backView more
Yesterday we made a 2 hour & a half trip to Montreal to taste the Lebanese Tawouk at the new Malak AL Tawouk location. Unfortunately, I didn't think about getting some extra sandwiches for later 😞. Fortunately, I can see there is still hope for a good Lebanese food taste in Canada. There is hope for good food in Canada. Malak AL Tawouk was amazing, I hope you come our way to Ottawa.View more
First congratulations on your new chain opening in Montréal. Today just got two sandwiches of tawouk they were amazingly delicious! The toum extra on the side is homemade. This whole experience took us back to our childhood in Lebanon. We also ordered the burger libanais to take out on our trip back to Toronto. Very friendly atmosphere & service. We will surely come back!View more
I respect the chain's authenticity, but it seems the flavors differ from its counterparts in Lebanon ( based on personal experience) & Dubai, according to what I've heard from friends who tried it there. To be fair, the place maintains cleanliness, & this extends to both the sandwiches & their components. People that work there are super nice & helpful. When you order a sandwich, expect it to come with an ample serving of coleslaw tucked between two layers of bread or pita, a modest amount of cheese, & the Tawouk. On a scale, I'd give the Tawouk sandwich a 6 out of 10. The reason being, it's heavy on the coleslaw & bread, while sparing on the cheese, & the chicken, when tasted on its own, lacks sufficient seasoning. While I'd suggest giving it a try, it's not something I find myself longing for.View more
Good sandwiches. I would just omit the garlic from the potatoes sandwich.View more
The tawouk sandwiches are just out of this world & the staff is so friendly. You have to try this place.View more
