My boyfriend & I came here for the all-you-can-eat steak Thursday & we had a BLAST! Not only was the food great, but the service was even better! If you have the chance to have Maika &/or Danielo as your waitress/waiter, you are in for a treat! Kinda disappointed to be honest. We went for the unlimited steak with a dozen of people. Only a few of our lady friend wanted the meat well done, the rest was medium rare. It took about 5 attempts for them to get it correctly.
Luckily, the waiter/busboy was kind enough to help remedy the issue.
As for the steak, it was hard on the outside & rare on the inside; which makes it hard to bite into & chew. We asked for the 3 pepper sauce a few times & they keep forgetting. Same thing with the water.
Good thing we had a good crowd & the vibe was cozy. A bit hard to hear the music as I heard there's good 90s music & sometimes live band.
It was a good experience but it could've been better. Maybe miscommunication between chef & waitress. Wish they finesse the steak & sauce more, it felt rushed. Plus, after 1.5 hrs, only a few of us was on second plate, we were told there's a group that might have reserved the table. They didn't say that at the beginning. They told us it's half portion 2nd plate until ran out of stock. It wasn't filling nor appetizing.

Je n ai pas aimé mon expérience. Malheureusement premier service de steak a volonté rapide & bien. Deuxièmement service , on a attendu minimum 30 min pour se faire servir. On avait plus faim & le steak & les frites étaient overcook! Le serveur a été quand même gentil & nous a offert un verre de vin pour s excuser . J apprécie mais je déteste payer mon argent pour un mauvais service quand même. Pas satisfaite pentoute!!!!Voir plus

The restaurant was very nice, giving out the classic Old Port vibes. I enjoyed the Rigatoni pasta, while my partner had the all-you-can-eat steak, which both were delicious! A bit bummed out that they have a different menu everyday, as I was excited to try their fish dish. Sure! Here's a concise but strong review:
We visited Maison St. Paul after seeing it recommended on Instagram, but it was a huge disappointment. The service was inattentive, & the'famous' $45 poutine was the worst we've ever had-overly salty & mostly just fries. Definitely not worth the hype or the price. The ambience didn't help either; it was too dark &, unfortunately, smelled like toilets where we were seated. Overall, not an experience we'd repeat or recommend.

Have to start by saying that the food was pretty good, but that's the only positive thing I can say. First of, music is wayyyy too loud & i wont talk about how tight it is in there. Every time servers would come to the two table to our right i had to lean out so they can reach the tables & nit hit me. Ordered a rib eye steak but got a stiploin. Complained twice (server & manager) & both time they tried to convince me it was rib eye. I'm a steak guy, I know my cuts & that was NOT a rib eye. But after talking to the manager I just didn't can't to argue & make a scene so ended eating the striploin.... only a $5 difference. Then even though our server was nice & courteous we barely saw her. Ended up ordering dessert... not from the menu though as apparently what was on the menu was a'mistake'. Had 2 choices. Picked one..... after waiting for it for a little over 1h15, I decided to walk to our server to let her know she can cancel the dessert & to bring us the bill as I had enough, an hour & fifteen minutes for dessert is to me quite ridiculous, but hey that my opinion. Oh & also, we ordered some apps ... even though we had the same item as the table beside us (burrata) we received a completely different plate than they did. Theirs was an actual burrata while ours was the inside of a burrata on bread which became very wet. Another table ordered a dessert that looked amazing but once again wasn't available to us.... remember a mistake on the menu. We were looking forward to our date night but after close to 3 hrs in the restaurant, came out extremely disappointed. Wasn't even offered a small discount or anything... NOTHING! GREAT SERVICE uhn!!! It's up to you if you wanna go & eat there as again food was decent... but if you're looking for good service where people actually care to treat you right, I'd go elsewhere.Voir plus

Le service à la nourriture était affreusement long, sûrement à cause d'un problème en cuisine. Cependant, deux employés, Carl & un dénommé'Docteur Love' sont venus à plusieurs reprises afin de s'assurer que tout se passait bien à notre table. Nous avons bien apprécié cela, ça rendait l'attente plus compréhensible. Lors de la réception des plats, nous n'avons pas exactement eu ce que nous avions commandé, mais nous comprenons qu'il y avait quelque chose d'anormal qui faisait en sorte que les plats ne sont pas sortie'comme prévu'.
Bien que déçu de la tournure des événements, surtout une soirée de Saint-Valentin, nous avons quand même apprécié les steaks ainsi que l'ambiance. Un grand merci au deux employés.Voir plus

Bon Steak avec le service à volonté le jeudi. Excellent service à la table, spécialement à un jeune homme qui était en charge du service aux tables (Danielo).
Il a rapporté un objet oublié sur la table même si nous avion déjà quitté les lieux.

My friend & I went on one of their Thursday special'steak & frites à volonté'. Cooked to perfection, exactly how you want it. Served hot with thick fries & a side salad.
Very welcoming & friendly staff. We were greeted & seated by Wael, who recommend us a great bottle of red wine to pair with our steak. Daniello & Nathaniel kept coming to check on us whenever we needed a refill. I would highly recommend this place. It also has a wide variety of other food options on their menu & signature drinks, but don't hesitate to ask for other suggestions that might not be on their menu , as it's ever changing to keep it interesting & new!
The ambiance was perfect, dim light, music not too high so we were able to have a proper conversation.
