Je suis venue souper hier soir (3 janvier) pour voir le match Canadiens-St-Louis, suite à une très mauvaise expérience vécue au 3 Monkeys qui est en face de votre pub. Dès notre entrée, nous avons aimé l'ambiance de votre pub. Le service a été très rapide. Bien aimé le fait que la serveuse (malheureusement je ne sais pas son nom) nous a dit qu'elle apprend le français & qu'elle veut qu'on lui parle en français. Nous avons été tentés par vos nachos avec porc effiloché, nous avons aussi pris le mac & cheese. Nous avons adoré le mac & cheese mais nous sommes tombés en amour avec vos nachos !!! WOW ! Ce sont les meilleures que nous avons mangées, nous avons adoré le fait que sur les chips il y ait des épices, toutes les chips ne manquaient pas de garniture & le porc effiloché était complètement délicieux, nous en avons eu pour notre argent comme on dit !!
Visited McLean's Public House during our friend groups Yearly Holiday Guiness Pub Crawl, not only to was the Guine served to us by Emily the best one of the evening, her service was unreal. Couldn't ask for a quicker, & friendlier service, she was hilarious. Best pint & service yet!

A very intriguing mix of UK pub decor with a touch of North American sports bar vibe. The pub was super busy on Halloween night but the staff still went out of their way to provide food & friendly service. Both the food & drinks were more than decent. I cannot expect anything better from a place like this
It was my first time visiting this pub, & I have to say, the atmosphere was absolutely outstanding! I was lucky to be served by Chloé, a new staff member, whose customer service was both attentive & impressive. The entire staff was friendly, & full of energy. As for the food, it was simply delicious! Generous portions, & the smash burger with homemade fries was a real treat!!!Definitely worth a visit!
McLean's Publique has a welcoming atmosphere & one of the best trivia nights in Montreal. Jesse is a dynamic & exceptionally well-prepared trivia host. Our waitress, Emily, always welcomes us with a smile & friendly conversation. Excellent service overall. Highly recommend.
This is simply the best place to eat in Montreal Downtown. Ambience, delicious meals, & great service (thank you, Emily) made this our go-to pub while we were in Montreal.
We had a wonderful time at this pub. We came in late to Montréal from Pennsylvania & wanted to find a place to grab a quick bite. The bartender Mitch was not only a great bartender, but also gave us loads of advice on what to do while we were in the city & made us feel very welcome. We had such a good time we went back for drinks the next night!

I like this place. Food is pretty good & in my opinion above expectations for pub fare. Staff is good & ambience is fun whether there's many people or not. Have never come here & not had a good time.
It is my first in Montreal!!! I would tell anyone to go to Maison Publique McLeans any day of the week!!

Seems ok as a Pub for drinking ONLY ! Good variety of beers & decent pricing. Food part : ZERO. The samosas were so oily, they were fried in oil, then left overnight in oil, before serving :) . The place has a small terrace which is nice. Verdict : neutral

We just wanted to thank Greg for his hospitality & great mixologist skills! Our group of four had a great time relaxing & having some laughs after attending a concert on March 19th. Greg's service was top notch & the snacks & drinks were fabulous! We felt very welcome at Maison Publique McLean's ! Merci, thank you! We hope to be back again!
We stopped by for a beer & some snacks. Ordered: • Drunken Mushrooms • Samosa Both came in generous portions, were fragrant, well seasoned, crispy outside. Staff are attentive, fast with serving & friendly. Location, pub style. If you sit at a hight table, it may get tight with the neighbours at the table next to you (back to back).

I've been to Maison Publique a few times recently & it's been nothing short of great. I loved the food, drinks & atmosphere & the service is fantastic. I also attended some work events here & the team was always kind & super accommodating. Highly recommended!
Stopped at Pub McLean's to kill 15 minutes between busses but ended up staying for several beers & some fried mushrooms. Kilkennys were poured properly & excellent. The fried mushrooms were phenomenal. If we didn't have other plans we could have easily spent the rest of the day here. Great atmosphere & service!
Cet établissement est très bien ( le service est efficace & sympathique ) La nourriture est excellente Il y à beaucoup beaucoup de TV sur deux étages & la sonorisation est très bonne ( bonne ambiance Pub ) Il est très bien situé ( plein centre-ville ) 👌👍🍻
Nice place. Great location with a nice patio. Good service & a friendly atmosphere with decent beer selection. Same style Irish bar/public house you find everywhere in Canada.
