Their seasonal tiramisu matcha drink is SO good with tapioca it has to be one of the best drinks there, it's perfect sweetness too at half or regular sugar !!! 100% rec GET IT ASAPP the workers are all so nice tooView more

First time I went here was blown away by how fresh the pearls were. The second time I bought a brown sugar milk drink & the tapioca they gave me was raw or frozen or something, extremely hard & impossible to chew. Drink was good but was really disappointed overall.View more

Good quality tea, delicious tasty tapioca balls. This is my favorite place for bubble tea when I crave a good boba. My favourites are the hokkaido milk tea, Kyoto matcha milk tea & watermelon green tea.
The service is also always great & friendly, I’ve never had a bad experience although I must’ve been here close to a hundred times over the years!
The place is small though & i don’t love the look of it so I prefer taking my drink for takeout, or could be nice drinking it in Beaudet Park right in front of the store.View more
