I could not give you a review that described exactly what type of food this was, Chinese, Taiwanese or other oriental style as I have not got enough expertise to do that. I can tell you what you need to know though. Whatever type of food you wish to call it my family & I can only use one thing, Delicious! There is plenty in each portion & it comes out fresh to order, piping hot & full of flavour. Please do yourself a favour & visit this complete gem where you can still get real food at a very reasonable price.
