The coffee is actually very good but the young man that works there is consistently rude. It's a shame because the other staff are very nice & helpful but his attitude has ensured that I will not be returning (I have been there every Saturday for almost a year).

Everything was perfect & I was served with love & care, it shows they really care. Keep it up & yes, I will definitely go back. Recommended at 10000%
I am moroccan, went there for brunch, very disappointed, bghrir was burned & eggs were just salty. No one tried the food before serving it. I had big hopes when i decided to go but Not going back :(
Absolutely disappointed. Not worth your time or money.
Waited a while for any service, then no service at all until our food arrived after an eternity. Once the food arrived it was not appealing. Eggs overly salted, overly seasoned. The pancake was burnt, but still served, the msemmen was dense, thin, not warm, & tasted like it had been frozen for weeks prior to warming & plating. Salad was covered with cheap, bottled balsamic glaze.
Save yourself the time & money & go somewhere with authentic Moroccan food, better quality, & don't buy into the pretty surroundings.

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a salad bowl for $9, & only after I paid was I told they had run out of all the ingredients. This should have been communicated before taking payment. Instead, I was offered two small egg sandwiches for the same price - & I'm gluten intolerant, so that wasn't even an option for me. & the waiter was aware of my intolerance!!!!
Very poor communication & customer service. I left feeling frustrated & unheard. Definitely will not be returning.EVER!
I wish I could share the pictures the size of the Egg sandwich was the size of a perferol!!!!! Horrible !!!
Nous sommes 4 à avoir vécu l'expérience Atay Royal. Nous avons adoré ! La nourriture & le thé étaient excellents, le service courtois & l'ambiance décontractée. À refaire sans hésiter.
J'ai réservé pour un groupe de 10 personnes tous étaient déçus du service quasi inexistant la nourriture moyenne. Les pains des sandwiches étaient sèches. Les quiches aussi très sèches sans aucun remplissage de verre d'eau, c'était comme si les aliments avaient été préparés quelques jours d'avance de plus, la quantité de la salade était minuscule pour deux personnes presque ridiculepour le prix 59 $ avec le pourboire, nous ne retournerons plus à cet endroit.
Je m'attendais à avoir un prix de groupe mais non

La nourriture est très fraîche & clairement préparée avec amour ♥? L'ambiance est bien & le service amical (même s'il peut être un peu lent).
On sent que la propriétaire est passionnée de cuisine marocaine & qu'elle souhaite vraiment partager son savoir-faire avec ses clients. Nous y sommes allées 2 fois:
☕ Afternoon tea à l'anglaise (dispo le samedi) :
Ils le proposent avec une petite touche marocaine. Plusieurs bouchées & choix de thés excellents. Je recommande fortement!
🇲🇦Afternoon tea Royal Atay (dispo le dimanche):
Menu 100 % marocain. On a vraiment eu l'impression de voyager, même si certains plats correspondaient un peu moins à nos goûts personnels. Cela dit, l'expérience en valait totalement la peine!
L'expérience « Afternoon Tea » à la Maison Majorelle est un véritable chef-d'oeuvre gastronomique.
Les gourmandises sont fraîches, raffinées & absolument délicieuses. L'influence marocaine sublime les classiques de l'afternoon tea, tandis que les thés préparés sur place se distinguent par leur originalité & leur finesse.
L'équipe est accueillante & attentive, & l'on s'y sent immédiatement détendu. Une expérience d'exception à savourer plus d'une fois, sans hésitation.
J'adore ce salon de thé qui offre à la fois une expérience de thé à la marocaine ainsi que le brunch. La nourriture est excellente de même que les thés. Je recommande fortement!
