Ordered delivery on Friday night & the food was really good. The naan bread was fresh & still warm when it arrived (definitely one of the best parts!). I had the Tikka Masala & the hubby had the Butter Chicken, which had a nice spice kick to it. We also shared a side of rice, everything was flavourful & delicious.
We ordered kind of late & were super hungry, so no pictures this time - but we'll definitely be ordering again!View more
Have been searching for a good Indian restaurant & I have found it. In the heart of the Indian community is this wonderful restaurant. Ordered the Chicken Biriyani & the Butter Chicken, I was not disappointed. The biryani's made with aromatic basmati rice with just the right amount of spices for my taste, not too strong but not bland either. The butter chicken has a delicious creamy sauce with chunks of chicken so soft that it melts in your mouth.
I have not tried other restaurants, but this one is worth visiting.View more
First time I ordered I really like my food (had butter chicken, garlic naan & rice). This time, I ordered paneer, which I love... To portion was absolutely ridiculous. I had 6 tiny bits of paneer & 6 ounces of sauce. No vegetables, & definitely not enough paneer. 30$+ for rice, a plain man & 6 bits of paneer? That's a rip off.View more
We have dined in many times & ordered for delivery many times also & this restaurant never disappoints. We ordered the butter chicken, lamb curry, lamb vindaloo, paneer vindaloo, vegetable pakora, vegetable biryani & garlic paneer. Everything was delicious but the butter chicken is the best here. We eat a lot of Indian food & this is on top of the list for best flavour for everything. The vindaloo sauce could be a little spicier in my opinion but the flavour was still so delicious.View more
Best Indian food I have ever had. The butter chicken is the best we've had & the paneer vindaloo was also very tasty. This is our go to Indian restaurant.View more
Had an amazing time! The butter chicken is outstanding! Great service! This is now my go to place for Indian food!View more
Still the best Indian restaurant in the neighborhood, if not on the island! The chicken dosa is great, the thalis are *really* good value for money & delicious. The chaat papri is the best I ever had & the mango lassi is brilliant. & the prices are really still affordable in this economy compared to some other places on the island. Used to live in the hood & would order takeout at least once a week. We have now moved far & it takes at least half an hour, so we don't make the drive often, at most once a year, but it's worth it. Really cannot recommend enough!View more
chicken saag, lamb korma, chicken tikka masala, & butter chicken are my go-tos, phenomenalView more
So so good curry 🍛 Especially the butter chicken & garlic naan. I ate their & uber. Taste the same !View more
Best butter chicken I've had in Montreal. Tried other more expensive Indian restaurants & they weren't as good. Highly recommend it!View more
Our favorite indian restaurant. STRENGTHS Butter chicken Channa masala Veggie pakora Lamb vindaloo & madrasi Mango lassi Fresh baked naan A bunch of other meals are good too Of course, pricing is very affordable (about $25 per person but we have a big appetite & order a lot) WEAKNESSES Fish pakora (dry) Malai kofta (not bad, sauce a bit too thick & heavy) Some servers hardly speak english None of those weaknesses are dealbreakers, you can work around it. They're all very sweet & I'm happy to support them. I've tried all the others in the vicinity & this is our favorite for our favorite meals we listed. We come often.View more
Très bonne cuisine je recommande à 100% c'était vraiment succulent ! (J'ai pris Samossa légumes & butter chicken)View more
AYO THE CHICKEN FROM THIS PLACE IS OFF THE CHAIN!!!!View more
We were a few to go to the restaurant, had fish pakora, a chicken curry thali, chicken Dosa & a Mango Lassi. The food was delicious, service was fast & a lot of seating space.View more
Indian resto bustling with people! Kids had the butter chicken thali which was a good deal. We also tried an indian appetizer (puri pari) with mango lassi. Ordered a tasty mild lamb dish (had to order rice & naan on the side since it is not included in the price), & the sizzling chicken tikka/pork + naan dish. Wasn't able to finish!View more
Absolutely delicious. I love the biryani, the chicken curry, & the mango lassi.View more
Just ordered from this place a chicken Tikki Masala, amongst other things. They will take you for a fool & remplace the chicken for tofu without informing you! So don't be surprised if, like me, you receive a substitute dish instead of what you've ordered. This is highly unprofessional of any kitchen; knowing soy is one of the most common allergies! This is unacceptable!View more
Wait it's good but not so good . You need to add more food literally man no Chinese food like fried chicken & noodle. No way & even dosa wasn't good.View more
Kulchas are not butter naan. Chicken curry is not kadhai chicken & paneer butter masala is never in a runny thin gravy with food coloring. Quite disappointed 😞View more
The lamb curry was delicious, best chicken butter & Naan I've ordered on uber. 100% recommendView more
Great quality food. 10/10
We ordered Chicken curry, chicken seekh kebab & garlic naan.
Softest naan ever eaten. Delicious 😋
Indian style chicken recommended.
Very friendly staff. Quick service. Clean & hygienic dining area as well as restrooms.View more
I come back to this Indian resaurant at least once a month. The food is unreal, & the price is unbeatable. I was once with friends who convinced me to cross the street to Bombay (because they have the BYOB option that maison indian curry does not have) however I was truly disappointed with the food, & the prices (although not by that much) were more expensive. The butter-chicken thali is the best deal you could ever get. $7 for the most AMAZING butter chicken, rice, 2 pieces of naan bread, a whole piece of chicken (either leg or thigh) a salad, the curry of the day, & a dessert... talk about a deal. Also the channah samosa is the best starting dish... a bit spicy & a bit sweet, my friends & I cannot change our order!! Everytime we go back we all order the same thing we had the time before... the only downside is that it is SO good I often eat too much! Best Indian in Montreal, hands down!
