Menu plutôt classique mais très bien maîtrisé. Leurs sauces sont tout simplement parfaites, les cuissons des viandes impeccables. Belle petite ambiance chaleureuse. Seul commentaire constructif serait de revoir la présentation de certains plats en la modernisant. On peut laisser tomber la branche de fines herbes plantée dans les aliments.
