Nourriture succulente, service impeccable. Cependant la musique moderne était tellement forte que nous avions de la difficulté à nous comprendre. Lorsque je sors avec une amie pour manger, je m'attends à un repas excellent mais aussi à pouvoir avoir un échange amical avec cette amie & non pas à avoir à m'égosiller pour me faire comprendre car ma voix est enterrée par cette musique. Pourquoi cette musique infernale quand une musique classique, douce qui câdrerait mieux avec l'atmosphère de votre restaurant.

Food was excellent as always. Unfortunately service has gone downhill. We were served by the manager & his demeanor was so standoffish. No Hi, no thank you when we paid. Simply took our money & walked away. It is very unfortunate considering the money we spend there & the number of times we go within a year. No one came to ask us if we wanted more water or wine, no explanation on the sushis ordered. It's very disappointing. At this point I rather order in as the service in restaurant is absolutely terrible.
Went with 10 people for a work supper. The food is spectacular - I would go back for the Maiko salad alone, it was that good! Service was attentive, never an empty water glass, zero mistakes with orders. Generous servings, friendly & efficient service..... my ONLY complaint is that UT felt like u was jn a club. The music was way too loud & it was hard to talk. We yelled & had a good time anyway 😊 Best sushi restaurant I have been to - seems more creative than most sushi restaurants. Turn the music down a bit, but otherwise- the food was beautifully prepared, delicious & would recommend to anyone.
Our sushi & sashimi lunch set x 2 were delicious & fresh! But every sushi roll was crumbling & falling apart after dipping in wasabi soy. We had to eat them in little bits. Our waiter was friendly, polite & gave great service throughout. We only mentioned the little problem after paying the bill. He explained that with staff shortages from pandemic & a busy lunch period which indeed it was, the staff may have had to roll the sushi quickly & not tight enough to get them out. He would inform the person concerned & thanked us for letting him know. Why I didn't give a 5 star rating.

Maiko NEVER disappoints! The freshness, the variety, the presentation - 10/10. Mr Zucchini was very pleasant, great personality & sense of humour! One little suggestion, it gets really loud in the restaurant, maybe bring the music down a notch? Other than that, Love, Love, Love!!
