Ce restaurant est exceptionnel. La cuisine japonaise de madame Maïko est d'une beauté saisissante & les makis sont tout simplement exquis tout comme la soupe sumashi. Après y avoir dégusté ses mets, on trouve que tous les autres restaurant japonais sont moins bons.
Les présentations sont ravissantes, les sauces sont délicieuses & le personnel est très chaleureux.
Un seul bémol : le bruit & la musique qui sont parfois trop forts, du moins un vendredi soir quand le restaurant est plein.

il faut absolument y aller & même plusieurs fois. J'ai dépassé la centaine de fois & après la fermeture du site sur la rue Bernard, le déplacement à Dollar-des-Ormeaux vaut pleinement le coup.

I feel like I found a secret gem! I went for a business lunch, we had 5-6 specialities, & it was the best sushi I ever had. I live downtown & will happily drive there in the future with friends.

I have been to Maiko sushi several times, however, this was the first time for my friends & the food & ambience were nothing but extraordinary. The amount of quality & detail that goes into every dish is impeccable from the first to the last bite. If you are looking for a great sushi spot, that isn't a cheap all-you-can-eat but rather something refined & delectable, Maiko Sushi is worth the detour!
