2024-05-13: The food is absolutely delicious, I strongly recommend this place for Thai food. The food is not on the spicy side, so if you like kick you might want to ask for it. The service, however, was very slow. We waited over 30 minutes just to have our order taken. Will update on my next visit. but we waited over 30 mins just to give our orders.
L'un des meilleurs restaurant Thaï qu'il m'ait eu l'occasion de manger. J'y vais régulièrement & le service est toujours excellent. La nourriture est succulente & les plats sont savoureux à profusion.

Beautiful interior & a big terrace for when it's nice outside. A good amount of vegetarian options. My favourite dish is the Thai red curry, delicious. 2024 Update: New favourite dish, is the peanut butter tofu.
Notre première fois chez Madame Thaï & certainement pas la dernière. Les beignets de crabe était tout simplement délicieux & nos plats principaux étaient tout aussi bon. Nous avons même commandé un take out pour ce soir. À très bientôt, nous avons adoré!! Merci à notre serveur Zakary pour son service impeccable.
J'ai tout aimé ! Le service, l'ambiance & que dire de la bouffe 😋😋 C'était ma 2e visite & clairement pas ma dernière! Madame Thaï vient d'entrer dans le top de mes restos préféré
We came here with a big group for dinner on Thursday night, with a reservation, & had a pretty decent experience! The service was a little slow, in that I ordered a drink & had to remind the waiter that I hadn't received it yet, but he brought it out shortly thereafter. I ordered a Tropical Sangria & it was good, but lacking in alcohol. Very pretty though! Others in my party had the mocktails & said they were good! For mains, I ordered the Thai Basil Chicken which I enjoyed. Fair warning that it is spicy! But the portion is HUGE. I had my fill & leftovers to go, which was great. Others ordered General Thai Chicken, which was good if not a little bland; Red Curry, which was enjoyed; Chicken Pad Thai, which was not enjoyed; & Madame Thai Beef, which was another big portion & good. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Madame Thai & would recommend it to others, if you enjoy Thai food. The atmosphere is great, brightly lit space & a lot of room between the tables.
Recommend making a reservation & asking for one of the nicer seating areas. Restroom is far & downstairs felt confusing for a first time being in the place Had a non alcoholic drink which was okay. The pad thai was good but not the best ive had. I would eat it again but try the shrimp next time. Tofus was overcooked. The spicy soup was really GOODDD & id actually buy a bigger format of that alone. Will be buying this item again Rolls were nice & crunchy Wontons were good felt fresh Waitress was nice The interior design of this place lacks feng shui. It could be way more optimized - disliked the place we were given 🥲 Overall okay ☺️

I was visiting from Massachusetts the week of October the 8th, & to settle down before checking out Montreal, I decided to grab food from here. First & foremost, I'd like to say the food was delicious, the staff was kind & attentive, & the atmosphere was warm & welcoming. I had an order of dumplings & a tom yum soup & was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food & how inexpensive it was. Props are in order for all those working here: you put your heart & soul into your craft. Secondly, I keep seeing reviews mentioning the "authenticity" of the food. I've had Thai food from Thai people directly & this is pretty damn Thai. Thailand is not some monolithic heap of drones that make every single dish exactly the same way, every single time. It's a rich & vibrant culture that, like all cultures, is constantly built upon & shifting, changing slowly but surely as time goes on. To say a dish is inauthentic because some things are slightly different & modified from the original source goes against the very foundation of culinary art itself. As far as I'm concerned, you fine folks on the service staff & in the kitchen represent the very best of what culinary work can be, & I'm glad that I got to experience that. Thank you for the work you do.
We had a good Thai meal at Madame Thai's. Other reviewers have said the food was not as spicy as authentic Thai so we made sure to ask for the pat gaprow (spicy basil) dish to be spicy- & it was the real thing. Recommend.
Me & my wife often seek Thai food as we fell in love with the cuisine in Thailand. However, although good tasting, it falls short on being authentic Thai food. The basic Thai herb staples are missing, including Thai peppers (dishes not spicy in the slightest). If you are looking for good food, you will find it here. If you are looking for Thai food, you will not.

I was on my bike & the staff were so understating to let me sit near the window to watch my bike.
Highly recommended for lunch with friends.

J’ai fait une commande pour apportez. Les repas n’étaient pas authentique thaïlandais.. je suis déçue. Les plats ne contenaient pas de fines herbes thaïlandais & se limitaient à des champignons, fèves germés & carottes. Pourtant quand je suis venue commander, les cuisiniers semblaient d’origine thaï. Je ne reviendrais pas malheureusement pour la qualité & le prix des plats. 😞
Étonnement, la soupe repas épicée goûtait le pho vietnamien non épicé. Je pensais que ça allait être une soupe thaïlandaise..
Super bon en livraison! Emballage soigné (pas de styromousse), repas savoureux. Je prends toujours les rouleaux impériaux au boeuf & le boeuf Madame Thai.
Went after work for take out. Was looking forward to trying it because there are not a lot of Thai restaurants in the South Shore that offer crispy rice salad.I ordered every salad they had on the menu & a few other dishes. Even ordered 2 different types of soup. Every single dish was bland like they ran out of fish sauce when they were making it or something. Fish sauce is one of the main ingredients in Thai/Lao food!! The Tom Yam (btw it's supposed to be Tom Yum) soup was sour & tasted artificial. It was worse than eating Thai Express. Avoid this place if you're looking for authentic Thai food. Actually, avoid this place if you're looking for food with any flavor.
