I got the Tomacluck & tbh I'm very disappointed. It looked nothing like what was advertised on social media. Was basically a regular fried chicken leg & thigh for $12.99. It was very bland & tasteless. Didn't even taste of salt or black pepper. I had to get an extra sauce at the counter for $2.50 extra just to make it edible.
Lady was very nice at the counter & brought us our food to the table so giving high marks for service.
Place was clean so giving high marks for atmosphere.

Despite the poor reviews, I decided to try Madame Poulet - & they were right.

At lunchtime the place was empty. The chicken strips looked crispy but were not hot & had almost no flavor, as if they had been sitting out. The sauces were bland, & the purple coleslaw was small & didn't even try it.

The only positive: the waffle fries were fresh, hot, & crispy.

It's disappointing because good crispy chicken is rare in Québec. The concept is there, but the execution is weak. If you go, take it to go & fix it at home.

Don't waste your money the employees were eating from the fries machine with there hands & I was in front of the cash register for like 5 minutes before one of the 4 employee acknowledge me & 25 minutes for a Mac & cheese

The hospitality & cleanliness was good. The burger was good but the fries were not that good which is the main problem my sister didn't like her poutine at all

Really good food & very friendly service. Will definitely come back. The fried chicken is perfectly fried. Doesn't taste too greasy. Really good!!!

First time trying this place. Starting with the good things: you get at least one refill with your fountain beverage. Waffle fries 🍟 are crispy. 🍗 is alright but a third of it is just batter. Now, we got the MP burgers that according both to the image & menu it bring pickles not just one pickle 🥒 (see pictures), that was disappointing. I asked avout it to the staff & in fact they confirmed the small MP burgers bring only one pickle slice. Finally, I would also suggest getting whichever sauce you want on the side just in case you don't like it.

Been wanting to try Madame Poulet for a while & finally had lunch there today. I was not disappointed! One of the best chicken sandwiches I have had! Great fries as well & amazing service! Highly recommended!!!

Really friendly staff who turned out to be the hard working owner. Super clean, & nice interior. Mac & cheese was super bland & basic. Chicken batter was very good as was the chicken although ratio batter to chicken was way off. More batter than chicken. 37$ for a mac & 4 pieces of chicken. 3.65/5
