MaBrasserie functions as a functional cooperative workspace and communal hub that integrates craft beer production with a focused pub food menu. The facility emphasizes the relationship between brewing operations and the social experience of consuming local ale. Patrons engage with a selection of hearty, flavor-forward dishes designed specifically to complement the house-made beer profiles. The aesthetic remains industrial and utilitarian, reflecting the operational reality of an active brewery floor. Seating arrangements prioritize communal interaction, accommodating groups who value a direct connection to the manufacturing process. This establishment maintains a clear focus on beer-centric hospitality while delivering consistent, high-quality pub standards within a shared industrial environment. Every element of the service reflects the operational transparency inherent to a worker-owned cooperative model that prioritizes product quality and communal engagement above all else.
MaBrasserie is described as a welcoming spot with a great beer selection and a relaxed vibe, where fast bar service, friendly staff, and helpful beer knowledge are often highlighted, along with tasty bites and a family friendly atmosphere. The venue's ambiance is praised for its lively music at times and a sunny terrace, making it ideal for casual hangouts and group outings. Some visits note slower or disorganized service during peak times, inconsistent food quality, and noise levels that can be high due to music and crowds, with a few occasions where cleanliness or payment pacing stood out negatively. Still, guests frequently commend the warm inclusive environment, the rotation of local beers, and the potential for a fun social experience worth revisiting, especially in good weather.
A chill place where we enjoyed a few samplers & had an amazing afternoon. The people have a lot of knowledge & are very nice & they explained everything. Some good snacks as well. Then we had a walk in the Neighbourhood & enjoyed a pleasant evening.

Cool place to enjoy a pint! Lots of choices & the beer is great. Food is average & the vibe is nice. Some baby-foot tables, quiz nights on Monday. Pints are 10$ each
Before MaBrasserie went bankrupt, I used to buy one keg a month &, after work, I often times came with one or two of my guys from my plastering crew for a round of beers & a good spuntino, & I was still doing it til recently after the Fanelli family bought the business . My bill there was roughly about 3000 a year. I just passed by with 3 empty kegs, proof of purchase & all, & they would not give me back the 450 deposit on them. One of the girls that woks there got in touch with ?ranco over the phone, he said they would not take the kegs back & refund my deposit. I am finishing one of the kegs my neighbor picked up for me & I'll send it back with him since he has the receipts. Their Fanelli IPA was also my best choice around the Jean Talon market also. I just won't be going back anymore. While 3000 dollars for them might not mean much, as a big fan & a faithful customer I never expected this at all, more over when the kegs come from them, they have their logo, tags, I have proof of purchase stating clearly the name of the business on it, date, etc.It simply makes no sense.
