"Staff needs more training. Ordered takeout on the phone. Came in to pick up and the young girl asked my name and told me to wait. Many takeout orders went by. Finally a more experienced girl asked what my name was, by this time I've been waiting for more than 15 minutes. Finally got my order. It turns out the first girl failed to pass my name on."
