I like their lobster rolls. $41 for 2 so not so bad. It also comes with a lot of fries.
Server kinda made us feel bad because we didn't order any drinks & only wanted water (we went for lunch)
They also kept coming around to refill our water glasses which I found annoying
After a long time of wondering, we finally ventured into Lucille's & were pleasantly surprised at the vibe & bustle of the place. Our service was great, although we did have to get our server's attention a few times as they were very busy. Overall, the food was ok - the fresh oysters were good (not amazing) but the lobster, although enjoyable, was a bit charred & tasted burnt. Might be a good place for a large group to hang cause of the vibe but the food wasn't that great.
We went in for Valentines dinner, I think our servers name was Chris? I feel bad for not remembering, cuz he was awesome & answered all my questions about the menu & what he recommends for our next visit. Husband had to steak frites & I had one guedille with Asian seared tuna salad. It really hit the spot, excellent balance of flavors & nice texture. The guedille was done in the classic style, heaping with lobster mix & nice soft (i think) brioche bun. Husbands steak was cooked correctly, medium as he asked & he seemed pleased. The menus really well curated, our server told us its put together with a team of chefs so its nice to have all the variety of flavors & definitely piqued our interest to come by again.
We finished with a maple cheesecake, very creamy & kept shape, excellent combination with the maple syrup.
Will be back again, & will ask for the same server again if hes there.
Had such a great dinner at Lucille's Laval!
We started with oysters & the bang bang shrimp, both were delicious. The oysters were super fresh, & the bang bang shrimp was perfectly crispy with the best sauce (definitely a must-order). I got the lobster roll & it was good, lots of lobster. My whiskey sour was really well made.
Overall just a great vibe, good service, & amazing seafood. We'll definitely be back!
Amazing food & service! Definitely recommend getting the lobster roll & the bang bang shrimp! The 1$ oysters are amazing
Went for a date & i was verry happy with my lobster & oysters. The manager johny was very helpful with recommendations & also very friendly. Great atmosphere.
Located in the west end of Montreal, Lucille's Oyster Dive has been serving oysters & traditional seafood dishes since 2009.
They offer the best selection of oysters from both the East & West Coasts. Depending on seasonal availability, the oyster selection changes daily. While traditional dishes include lobster rolls & fish & chips, Lucille's cuisine offers a variety & modernization of seafood dishes that keep their guests coming back for more.
Whether you're looking for a quick bite at the counter, or a night out with friends, the staff has a reputation for making you feel right at home., I have to be honest the waitress are so beautiful 😍 lol 😆..
Had a craving for a lobster roll & decided to order takeout. The staff was super friendly, but the lobster roll itself was disappointing - it really lacked flavor & needed a bit of a kick. $50 for two buns feels very overrated, & the salad on the side didn't help much either. It's not my first time at Lucile's, but honestly, this visit was underwhelming. It could definitely be better.
Amazing food, great service! We loved it
Highly recommend lobster rolls, octopus salad
Lucille's has really gone downhill. The lobster roll was still good, but not as good as it used to be (pic of 3 yrs ago vs now, includes) but the calamari were shockingly bad. The batter wasn't even sticking to the calamari-they seemed like something frozen you'd get from a grocery store. I was honestly surprised at how bad they were, especially since they used to be so much better. On top of that, they've taken one of their best dishes-the fish & chips-off the menu. The ribs were mediocre at best. This place used to feel authentic, but now it's overly commercial, & the portions have definitely shrunk. Such a disappointment. I've dropped my rating from a 5 to a 3. Not sure what happened here.
