Food was amazing. However, I can't say the same about the service. The table they sat us at was sticky. They placed the plates at the center of the table & when we grabbed them they were fully wet. Not only did I clean the table but I dried the plates as well. It took 30 minutes for someone to take our order. When I tried to serve myself a glass of water, the waitress snatched the pitcher from my hand to finish serving it herself. The service was extremely slow & the only person who came quite often to give us all we needed was the busboy. The service he provided was excellent. The waitress somehow always ended up at the table next to ours to drink with her colleagues. It took 20 minutes for someone to clear the table after we finished our food, 20 minutes to get our desserts & another 10 minutes for someone to help us pay after we asked for the bill. All while the waitress was drinking. It was quite a busy night but if the waitress was as efficient as the busboy & spent less time drinking with her colleagues perhaps they could offer a better experience to others as well.Voir plus

Very loud, not ideal for a date, but very good service & food. One thing tho is the tables. They are incredibly close together, almost like they tried to put as much tables as possible. When walking to your table, you'll step on everybody's coats that are hanging on the chairsVoir plus

Une expérience exceptionnelle chez Lucille's à Laval ! Je me suis arrêté récemment chez Lucille's à Laval & je dois dire que l'expérience a été mémorable. J'ai commandé deux cheeseburgers junior, & ils étaient tout simplement excellents. La viande était juteuse & parfaitement assaisonnée, le fromage fondant à souhait, & le pain légèrement grillé complétait l'ensemble à la perfection. Chaque bouchée était un pur délice. Le service était également impeccable : rapide, courtois, & attentionné. L'ambiance du restaurant était chaleureuse & conviviale, parfaite pour un repas entre amis ou en famille. Si vous êtes à Laval & cherchez un endroit où savourer un burger de qualité, je recommande fortement Lucille's. C'est une adresse à ne pas manquer pour les amateurs de bonne bouffe.
