Overall, great service & atmosphere. It was our first time here & it was a surprise. Attentive service with drinks & food quickly delivered. My only issue was that the calamari was overcooked, everything else we had was delicious.
Excellent reception, no wait with our reservation. Dinner sitting at the bar, good food, good service, good everything. All went perfectly in our 2 beautiful official languages 🫶
Amazing food & location. Service did not exactly match the fine dining prices. We waited over 15 minutes to get water & order drinks once seated. Had to regularly flag down other staff to top off drinks, ect. However, it was an overall lovely experience. Total bill for two was $260 + tip (5 drinks, 2 apps & 2 entrees).

We enjoy going to Lucille's. We absolutely love their cauliflower salad! We tried the ribs this time & they were excellent. One thing I feel I need to mention, my husband ordered 2x regular Virgin Bloody Caesars & we were flabbergasted when we saw the bill. They charged us $18 the drink! $36 for Clamato juice plus the tax & service. Totalling $47. For 2 glasses of Clamato Juice. We did not appreciate being had like this. It left us with a bitter ending to our dinner.

Absolutely amazing food my top favourites are the lamb chops, the fries, the seafood tower, the oysters, & steaks we go here frequently as it is delicious for drinks I like the virgin Caesar & the Shirley temple
The service is great we had a waiter named Nick & he is amazing at his job very professional & knows what he's talking about
Atmosphere is great from the crab lights (you will know what I'm talking about) to the comfortable seating
Food by Montreal standards is more than underwhelming. The bang bang shrimp were not as described on the menu & were heavily battered with a thick, gelatinous sauce. The wine wasn't cold so I asked if perhaps there was another colder bottle & the waitress responded that it was the refrigerator & she gave me a glass of ice. I had explained that I only had one hour to eat. I stood waiting to pay on the floor as waiters & bus people walked past me. Finally, a manager asked if I wanted to pay. I certainly won't be returning.

Lucille's Pointe-Claire……WOW !
Émilie est tout simplement exceptionnelle : souriante, attentionnée & tellement professionnelle. On se sent spécial grâce à elle. & Alek, le gérant, est la cerise sur le sundae, toujours présent, positif & attentif aux moindres détails.
Honnêtement, c'est un 15/10 assuré. Je recommande à 1000 % !
We had a fairly large group (25, I think) & Lucille's was kind enough to accommodate us on very short notice.
The venue itself is gorgeous, with seafood & steak vibes & a smart layout (great traffic flow).
Our server was very friendly & methodical & did a great job with keeping things moving for our table (some of our folks had to make a flight).
The food was delicious (the lobster roll & ribs were what I ordered - & boy were they tasty). Everyone else seemed to be pleased with their meal as well.
The price point is spot-on given the quality of the food.
Whether you're shopping in the mall & need a break tof a meal, or just stopping in from elsewhere else - Lucille's is a great place to eat!
